M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts Diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 quality A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for Running welding in repairs to doors, gates,holdfast etc not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B2,1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / path / hardstanding finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring, finished the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade(Lequre coated), coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete including provision of 20mm screed in cement moertar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkai resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only stone slab/ paver block of any discription or thickness in floor, approaches etc. complete all as specified and directed

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 1,52,125.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 23). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
