S & F of aluminium snap grid false ceiling of panels of size 605 x 605mm using aluminium anodised wall angle of size 25 x 25 x 1.50mm thick fixed to walls with rawl plug and screws n. exc 1.50m c/c and intermediate panels using main "Tee" and cross "Tee" aluminium anodised section of size 35 x 25 x 1.50mm and 25 x 25 x 1.50mm thick suspended with and including 4mm dia GI wire n. exc 1.2m c / c and12mm thick Gypsum Board in ceiling with 1mm plain PVC Sheet fixed to aluminium frame work with screws complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement conctrete (un-reinfoeced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered angles and throating including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over levelling course when the concrete is green, mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 -25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigmentss in neat cement slurry on floors white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete article all as directed.
