Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, bells, sockets, fan regulator etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for one point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LS conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LS as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC Casing & Caping double lock type of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade white colour or Non metallic rigid PVC Conduit not less than 20 mm dia as per ground requirement with all accessories of same grade fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to Cast iron/pressed steel terminal box of required size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides or PVC box ISI marked with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers for mounting switches, fan regulators etc for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 2 here in before, but for one light point controlled by two 2-way switches all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable any type of copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any type/size/core/ type complete including conduits/casing caping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measred as one unit)

Ditto all as per item No 8 here in before, but two run of single core 6 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cables as earth continuity conductor all as directed.

Make : - Bajaj Cat No BCLSB 10 WH / NW or equivalent in Philips/CG/Havella

M&L in repairs for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron as earthing lead or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 and incl earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, funnel, wiremesh, charcoal dust, 15 mm dia light grade protection pipe and salt etc and connected to earthing test point incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
