(b) AMC will cover routine service of the lift once a month by oilling, cleaning, dusting, gresing, checking all the eletrical and mechanical parts and all the services as scheduled and required by OEM for the lifts (c) The contractor shall enter into MOU with the OEM for the provision of further maintenance post warranty/ defect liability period. (d) Any type of complaints in the lift shall be attended within time as specified in PS. (e) MOU between contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months perior to the issue of completion certificate of the main contract. (f) Penality for not attending complaints as sepcifed in PS.
