Provision of 20KVA DG to R.W. Division Titlagarh for the year 2025-26_building

SITC of 20 KVA Single Phase DG Set; Engine Make – Mahindra, Engine Model – M3205G2/Equivalent of Jakson/Kirloskar, Liquid Cooled, Turbocharged & Intercooled developing upto required BHP, 3/4 Cylinder, Battery and with AMF panel. (Meeting Latest Emission Norms i.e., CPCB IV+). Installation of DG Set -PCC Foundation as per OEM standard, 4 Nos. Earthing connected to DG by 25x3mm GI earth strip as per OEM standard, Initial fill of Diesel– 50 Ltrs., Power Cable 3.5cx25sqmm Al armoured XLPE cable upto length 60 mtrs, Changeover switch 4P 63Amps with box of reputed make with stand inside DG shed, DG Shed with MS heavy square bar and TATA/JINDAL zinc aluminium colour coated GI sheet so that the shed covers DG more than 2 ft on all sides from DG body, square bars to be concreted in ground for adequate strength and all required accessories and connections as per OEM standard and as per direction of engineer in charge, Testing and commissioning is to be done by OEM and commissioning certificate to be signed by engineer-in-charge, gurantee card to be handed over to engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for circuit I sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with following sizes of PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor with ISI marked conforming to IS- 694/1990 in 20mm dia non metalic heavy duty flexible conduit 1.6mm in recessed PVC conduit as required ( Make of wire- Finolex/ / Anchor/ Havels/ V-guard / HPL / L&T / Gratewhite / Polycab). 2x4sqmm +1x1.5sqmm ( 1.8.3 )

S/F of following 4way Double Door and neutral sheet steel MCB DISTRIBUTION BOARD 250v on surface /recess complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bar, earth bar, din bar ,detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required (except MCB) 2.3.5

S/F of 15A modular socket on 2 Modular Metal box for A.C

S/F of 32A C series D.P. MCB for A.C (make: Legrand/Anchor/Havels/HPL)

S/F of 25A Moter Starter switch for A.C (Make: Havells / Anchor/Le-Grand)

S/F of 1.5 Ton 3 star Inverter type split A.C. M/C with 4 KVA Voltage Stabilizer(110V-300V) (Make - Microtek, V-Guard) and AC stand with all accessories and connections and installation (Make - HITACHI/ Bluestar/ Carrier)
