Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any description, any thickness, jointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Brick work under this item shall be carried out in sewage disposal work (i.e. manholes) and area drainage work (i.e. drains).

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including cement concrete haunching with bedding layer to drain pipe and removing all retrieved material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 5cm thick sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, over stone patti/RCC roof slab, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150 mm to 200 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stack clamp made out of MS flat 50mm x 5mm and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts & nuts, securing ends of stays to walls or roof for 100mm bore pipe including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints/ solvent cement joints fixed to walls including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for DWCPE (SN8) 180 (OD)/163mm internal dia pipe conforming to IS 16098 :2013 complete laid in trenches and jointed on 150mm thick bed including testing alongwith necessary jointing material tees/ union/ socket etc including taking down old drain pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting 150mm salt-glazed stoneware/DWCPE drain pipe in position, including jointing socket end of new pipe to same with packed spun yarn and cement and sand mortar 1:1 complete all as specified & as directed.

Cleaning/removing blockage sludge of sewer line (DWCPE/SGSW/RCC/CI) of dia 100/ 150/ 200/ 300mm etc of any description or in any position by roding, by pressure pump of any type or by using any mechanical equipments, manually or by puncher of sewage`line and repair the same if required including taking off and refixing manhole covers including removing all sludge in or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/removing blockage of EWC, IWC, Gully Trap, including P or S Traps of any description, by rodding, by pressure pumps of any description or by other mechanical equipments in any position or locations at Military station Bikaner under AGE B/R-II area complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removing blockage of floor trap, nahni trap, wash basins, sinks etc including waste pipe or waste coupling etc. by manually or mechanically at Military station Bikaner under AGE B/R-II area complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

De-sludging the existing/cleaning of manholes of depth not exceeding 2.0 mtrs of any size by removing silt/ grit/ sludge and faul water either by mannual or by mechanical means and flushing water through man holes to ensure free flow of sewage, placing back the manholes covers in same position including removal all the sludge/ silt/ any foreign material from the sewer lines out the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial item No 33.00 to 36.00 :- The contractor/his rep will collect the complaint from complaint cell every day at 9.00 AM and rectify the complaints same day and deposit the complaint slip (duly signed by the users) to concerned JE. If the contractor fails to rectify the defects mentioned in the complaint on same day, he will be charged Rs. 50/- Per Job/Per day and the same will be recovered from his RAR.

De-sludging by removing of semi solid sludge from existing septic tanks of any depth, any capacity in foul condition, including taking and placing in position the manhole cover of any description, removal of sludge & solid content to any place outside defence land and deposting where directed.

De-watering from septic tanks/soakage wells by suitable pumps and also removing of all wastes, semi solid or liquid of any description to the location as specified and directed. Note: De-watering tank will be taken outside the defence land for disposal.

S&F liquid water proofing compound , approved make, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finishes including dismantling floor,hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC in cement mortar (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate the surface finished fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on 10mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of PCC paver blocks of any description laid bedded dry from path/hard standing including removal dry screed bed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agregate as sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick sand filling under floor, cushioning under interlocking tiles or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing wire mesh, any type from any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any size or type as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.
