Petty repair to toilet floor, bathroom, kitchen, etc seepage including sunken portion treatment with water proofing compound including repair to floor trap, nahani trap, grating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to wooden/ WPC door, PVC door, cupboard door, wardrobe door with shutter (size not more than 2 sqm), curtain rod including roller, windows, bulb and brackets etc with minor repair and easing and adjustment/ aligment to openable with assessories if requred any ( like roller of cupboard door, butt hinges, handle, tower bolt, beading, bow handle, etc complete) complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repairs to leakage of bib taps, pillar cock, stop cock, PVC connection, waste pipes, float valves, angle valve, concealed valve, GI union joints of pipe, re-fixing of bottle trap, etc. by changing the PVC washers/ Sheet washers, spindle or any other minor accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to high or low level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve, leaking of PVC connection, PVC bend including replacing of rubber washer, check nuts, plunger etc any type of flush complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to wall mixer,basin mixer,sink mixer etc including spindle, rubber washer etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to internal/external water inlet water pipe line including socket,elbow,nipple ,with repair to water blockage, pipe line leakage including concealed water tubing etc. of any height using scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to renewing/matching glazed or ceramic coloured tiles in floors/walls in patches area not exceeding 0.50 Sqm including dismantling, removing and cleaning old tiles preparing beds and laying screed bed in CM 1:4 setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed

Petty repair to renewing/matching glazed or ceramic coloured tiles in floors/walls in patches area not exceeding 0.50 and 1.00 Sqm including dismantling, removing and cleaning old tiles preparing beds and laying screed bed in CM 1:4 setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to renewing/matching glazed or ceramic coloured tiles in floors/walls in patches area not exceeding 1.00 and 2.00 Sqm including dismantling, removing and cleaning old tiles preparing beds and laying screed bed in CM 1:4 setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repair to plain cement concrete type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 1:2:4 in floor, column, beam, window cill, door cill, balcony, etc area n. exc 1 sqm of any height of bldg using scaffolding including matching to existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
