M&L for complete removal and preparation of old decorated treatment on walls (external / internal) and ceiling finishes by scrapping with trucare wall sander L-01/ H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80/36 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vacuum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and algae and fungus on the wall to be removed by using high pressure wash or coir brush and shall be treated with fungicidal solution, all surface cracks upto 5 mm width should be filled up with Dr Fixit Crack-X-paste. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP modified mortar or as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 2 mm over the plastered /old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2: Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3: Allow 6-8 hours time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of weather coat primer interior/exterior grade @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI for external surface only and applied roller for internal surface only. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/ new decorated surface treatment on wall/ ceiling and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint with minimum coverage 8-10 sqm /ltr of approved tint on prepared surfaces as per approved manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on verticle walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm/ ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Apex Ultima Protek Asian paints paints/ Nerolac excel top guards/ Berger weather coat long life of 5 years.

(v) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (vi) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (vii) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, failing which a recovery amount of Rs 30 per Sqm. (ix) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (x) The container of paint should be under custody of concerned JE. Contractor will be collect from store before painting (xi) Colour and shade as per new colour scheme as Selection by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall, ceiling, cornices or any surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding arrangments of any hieght complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in 1:3 CM on ceiling, RCC facia and chujja of fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even mixed with Liquid Water Proofing Compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder, formwork etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
