Supply, install, test and commissioning of accoustic proof AMF type diesel engine driven generating set fully wired, 415V, +5%, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz having capacity 160 KVA continous rating power factor 0.8 (lagging), connecting as per IE rules and mouted on a common base plate with anti vibration pad recommended by the manufacturer all as specified and directed., The DG set shall comprise of following :- . The diesel engine will comprise of following:-

(A) Diesel Engine - The engine should be six cylinder,liquid cooled, turbocharged with after cooler, developing 206 BHP @ 1500 RPM. is inline, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS/IEC 60034-1 strandard. Diesel Engine will comply with present CPCB -II norms. Make - CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR/ CROMPTON GREAVES

(B) Alternator, The alternator shall be designed for an output of 160 KVA suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50Hz, 3Ph in SPDP enclosure, self exicted & self- regulated, Brush less, floor mounted with Ball or Bearing on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS : 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. Make;- KIRLOSKAR/ ALSTOM/STAMFORD/JYOTI/ CROMPTON GREAVES.

(C) Electric system : The electric system of the starter motor and charging alternator shall have the following components:- (i) Charging alternator 12V, DC (ii) Voltage regulator built in type IC regulated (iii) Starter motor 12 volts DC (iv) Battery 12 volts DC and capacity 120 AH 02 nos with one set of connecting leads of 70 Sqmm size copper cable.

(D) Fuel tank (Service tank) : The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold 290 ltrs capacity and shall be inlducing fuel level indicator duly marked to read 25%, 50%, 75%,100% per division fuel line from tank to engine arrangement for fuel filling fuel and digital display and drain out facility etc. compelte all as specified.

Disconnecting the existing DG sets from its all electrical connections (including control panel connection) and removing the DG set 82.5 KVA capacity from its foundations ,shifting the DG set safely from the following locations and hand over to MES stores all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using copper earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl copper strip 20x3 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and copper earth strip protected by GI pipe light gradev 40 mm bore up to 7.5 mtr and connectingDG sets etc, as per site requirement necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC(1:2:4)type B-1cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh , refiling with soil all as specified.

Labour for surface excavation strictly manually without damaging any electric LT /HT , route indicators and earthing pits ect noty exceeding 30 cm deep and average 18 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing gree vegetation, rrots , bushes in the substation area and near instalations fencing are etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in hard/ dense soil.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8, (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

S & F wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil

Material and labour for 100mm cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as direced by Engr-in-charge.

M&L HARD CORE OF GAUGE N.EXC.63 MM filling under floors or in foundations N EXC 15MM thick including watering and consolidation

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M & L for 70 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix on wall/ceiling/any other given situation, XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core including necessary lugs and clamp for fixing cable on wall complete all as specified and as directed Make: Polycab/Havells/Crystal Cables
