Disconnection and removing the 60 HP VT pumpset along with section, delivery pipe line,column pipe, control valves,shafts & shafts coupling etc and finding out the unserviceable parts and refixing the disconnected parts after replacing of unserviceable items with new of same size and capacity including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- Unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of sch 'A' lubricating oil, Greasing, overhauling and packing kit of pump set including in the unit rate.

Material & labour rewinding of 60 HP VT electric motor with super enamelled winding wire of same gauge weight and turn along with insulating materials such as impregnated paper, cotton tape, varnish etc and keeping the rewinding in to the hot air oven till moisture evaporate and achieving proper insulation results and reassemble the motor including replacement of terminal plate and taking out old winding complete all as directed

Taking out defective submersible (vertical) pump set of capacity 60 HP from jack well for repair by lifting GI tubing of size 150mm to 200 mm GI/CI/MS pipe from upto 80 to 120 feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block or other T&P, transporting to workshop including repair/replacement of worn out parts, servicing and ovhauling complete with oiling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling and painting of submersible pumpset with motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning and scrupping and shifting back to borewell, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall includes labour charge only for maint repair and replacement of defective/UNSV spares/accessories. Spares are to measured and paid separately under subsequengt items. (ii) Cost of other minor items/ spares such as nut, bolts, washer, gaskets,paints etc which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for efffective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in this items.

Spray Painting of MS sheet cover for Valve chamber cover/US sump cover/ filter water reservoir square type of water supply all installation with two coat of enamel paint colour coat over a coat of red oxide are approved make by GE/AGE.

Painting of Air release valve and MS angle iron structure with two coat of enamel paint a colour coat over a coat of red oxide are approved by EIC.
