Providing impervious coat over RCC roof slab to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including Cost and Conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall and slab, rendering smooth with thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Supply and fixing of Window size 1.20 x 1.35 mt with sal wood frame of size 100x65mm with vertical mullions dividing the frame into 3 vertical panels @ 1/3 rd &2/3 and shutter with Salwood consists of styles & rails of size 30X75 mm. The window frame should be provided with 12mm dia MS Rods plain including cost of MSZ hold fasts 4nos, of 300X40X5mm size and cost of butt hinges MS (powder coated ) of 125mm long as per IS 208-4nos. (i.e., 2No. per each shutter ) including labour charges for fixing frame & shutters in position, applying a coat of tar on frame on wall side including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, . etc., complete for Door (1.05 x2.10)
