Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. Super Brand) and 3.50% Hincol Emulsion SS-2 in uniform single layer on sub base/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Tack Coat (For Bituminous surface): -Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared bituminous surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.25kg sqm using mechincal means & complet as per MoRT&H Specification No. 503 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Bituminous Concrete:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowl jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, Joint cutting by joint cutting machine, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine. Supply & laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape Interlocking paver block ISI mark confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thinkess having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant, manufactured from rubber moulds through vibrocom-pression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 Mpa and weight 4.5kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm thick fine sand including labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
