Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of tank capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs by flushing out water, scrubbing with brushes, cleaning with concentrated hydro chloric acid or caustic soda etc complete & finally washing with fresh water including writing date of cleaning on tanks with white paint on black PVC tanks and with black paint on white PVC tanks in 50mm of size of font with proper stencils complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 6 above but water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs not exceeding 1000 ltrs.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks in white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling of existing water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even without using extra cement incl mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make: Pidilite Industries / Impermo /Snowcem India Ltd / Sika )

M& L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded agg as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to rough finished flat surfaces of soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing of wall tiles including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.
