Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete (Murrum to be brought from out side campus of BARC)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc.. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Extra for RCC/PCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Using TMT Bars of all grades of all size bars

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

For Sub Structure

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials of approved manufacturers. (ISI marked other than SAIL / RINL/ TATA) All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Using materials of approved manufacturers. ( ISI Marked) All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes /plates etc of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror / matt polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for galvanizing minimum 80 micron thick galvanised coating on structural steel work including all charges etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing SMC Panel water storage Tank of approved manufactured as per lS 14399 made out of Hot Pressed Moulded Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) panels of size 1mx1m and 1mx0.5m as per site requirement at required elevation. All the flanges of the panels should have 10 nos of holes for fastening and joining the panels to one another. Manhole should be provided on the roof of the tank with proper locking arrangement with cover of dia 600mm. Panel should withstand hydrostatic pressure of at least 4 times the working load and should be provided with hot dip galvanized nut, bolts / washer and special sealant having excellent UV resistance as well as suitable for potable water. The roof should be supported with pvc pipe of 110mm dia at every 1m interval. The tank should have ladders inside and outside, provision of inlet, outlet, overflow / drain and fixing necessary Nozzles / Flanges provided with tanks are of G.I. and Qty. is 1 each for Inlet /Outlet/Overflow 50mmNB & 100mm NB for Outlet required length as per site conditions with double check nuts, washers etc. complete job as per the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing and constructing Inspection chambers of Internal size clear dimention of 900 x 600 mm in 230 thick brick masonry with cement mortat 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation, plastering with cement mortar 1:4 20 mm thick on inside, out side and all exposed sufaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement, brick corbelling at top to provide opening of 900 X 450 mm, embedding the frame and cover with CC 1:2:4 concrete, and fixing cast iron steps if necessary at 300mm intervals complete . Providing, painting,finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weather proof acrylic smooth emulusion paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete surfaes of required shade over new work over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick bat Filling in Soak pit using brick aggregatds 90 to 45mm size including carriage, filling etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement based water proofing treatment to the new terraces, chajjas, cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherient holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brickbat coba in waterprrof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300 mm in thew shape of vattas, with waterproof plaster finished smooth with trovel in cement / geru with false markings of 300 mm squares complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
