Removing & refixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long by tightening with necessay fixing arrangement fixed on existing/new PCC blocks on roof and making good complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1 hereinbefore but 1.00 mtr long but fixed on ceiling on roof complete all as specified and directed.

S & F copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried in ground for earth continuity conductor or fixed to porcelain, insulator fixed to wall as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 11 above but of 20x3.15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm fixed with suitable saddles & fixing screw etc on roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator on wall for down conductor as fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 5 above but GI strip of 32x6mm on wall for conductors or as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 5 & 6 :- Porcelain Insulator & PCC required shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Sch

All as per srl item No. 6 above but GI strip 32mm x 6 mm burried in ground for loop earthing and ground grid including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repairs/replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 m long with necessary fixing arrangement on blocks on roof, all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 8 hereinbefore but of 1.00 mtr long 16 mm dia fixed to GI pipe on roof complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes 0.5 mtr of GI pipe .

S & F test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator in wall as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed Note :- Porcelain insulator will be measured & paid for separetly

S & F vitreous china porcelain insulator with busbar support white type, complete all as specified and directed

Re fixing in repair only aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed to procelain insulator fixed with suitable saddles & fixing screws etc for roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator only on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed

Aall as per item no 8 above but GI strip of 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for testing of Lightning Conductor & earthing except new earthing covered under Sl item Nos 14 & 15 here in before of various Tech Accn in NAD area & Tunir Area in the presence of users representative & Engineer-in-Charge & maintaining record of tests for lightning conductor as per IAFW -2215 by removing all connection and the resistance of earthing & lightning protection network should not exceed 5 Ohm in every technical building showing the details of defective earthing & lightening protection system. Items to be repaired/renewal during record of sets for lightening conductors as per IAFW 2215 & also test results to be recorded after repair/renewal and should be signed by users also complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The earthing showing result beyond 10 ohm to be renewed and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii) The test result after renewal of earthing and replacement of defective conductor also be recorded in earthing test book as per IAFW-2215 for lightening conductor & cost for the same is deemed to be included in unit rate of above item .(iii) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the test results of all existing earthing point, date of testing and renewal etc to be written on wall of each building in clear format like stenzil etc as per direction from engr-in-charge with out any extra cost. (iv) The testing of new earthing covered under item Nos 14 & 15 are not covered in this item.

M & L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) , type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering ,40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1(2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion

All as per srl item No. 15 hereinbefore, but with copper earth electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick & earth continunity lead of size 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip, complete all as specified and directed Note :-for item No. 14 & 15 :- (i) copper strip upto 7.5 m will only be measured and paid under item No. 14 & 15 respectively. (ii) The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in rate quoted for above items.(iii) The rates quoted for item Nos 14 & 15 are also deemed to be included for cost of new test point as specified.

Supply and installation a set of maintanance free earthing system consisting of 6 number of copper bonded earth rod of 17.2mm dia x 2 mtr length with coated with 250 micron electrolytic grade copper tested on 25 KA fault current by CPRI with driving head and tip to directly drive the earth rod to the ground with each rod interconnected with 25x3mm copper strip at the interval of 2mtr to form a square complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The rate includes testing of earthing system and getting the earthing value less than 1 ohm in any soil condition.

M & L PCC (1:2: 4) type BO, using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of blocks size and IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grounting of porcelain insulator, all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggretgate) for earth chambers as in repairs, coping for GI pipe post including necessary form work, excavation in soft loose soil, returning in filling and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and deposing where directed.

Removing existing worn out CI cover with angle iron frame of earth chamber and supply and fix new CI cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick fixed in frame made out of mild steel angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick with and including locking and lifting arrnagement, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

S & F 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for post not exceeding 6 mtrs in length truly vertical position embbed in PCC including n.exc and earth work as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 40mm dia, GI pipe, light grade, burried in trenches as earth continuity protection as in repairs, including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returining & filling in, watering and well ramming, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation a set of maintanance free earthing system consisting of 1 number of copper bonded earth rod of 1.5cm dia x 3 mtr length coated with 250 micron electrolytic grade copper tested on 25 KA fault current by CPRI with driving head and tip to directly drive the earth rod to the ground and connected with 25x3mm copper strip, 2 bags of ground enhancement material of 11 Kg each and rods ae of UL approved complete all as specified and directed. Make: Erico or equivalent NOTE:-The rate includes testing of earthing system and getting the earthing value less than 3 ohm in any soil condition, the rates includes boring and making of necessary pit.
