Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1 M above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 M outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crusher aggregate).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50Mt & lift upto 1.50M.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level upto floor V-level.

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand).

Extra for half brick masonry in super structure above plinth level upto floor V-level.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircases having 15 degree slope. upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone agg. above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 7 Kms.

Stone agg. below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 7 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 7 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 30 Kms.
