The installation shall be manned for 08 hours from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs on all days except sunday and official holiday of CQAE establishment. Notes : for Item No. 1.1 to 13 :

Lift operator having minimum ITI qualification in Electrician/Mechanical trade from Govt recognised institute or minimum 4 years experience in the trade and shall be well conversant about the lift functioning, rules & regulations and able to maintain all documents and read and record readings. ITI/experience certificate alongwith police verification report shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge.

General Note :

(a) The lift operator shall be in proper dress with the logo of contractor's firm and name plate with proper identity card issued by the firm.

(b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions & tools required as applicable are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuosly in use of the Lift operator on duty. No extra payment will be made to contractor for the same.

(c) Printed Log Sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by E.I.C at no extra cost and will be submitted to the office as desired duly signed by all concerned.

(d) Contractor should arrange his manpower in such a way that each employee should not be assigned more than one shift of 8 hours in a single day and weekly one day off is given to each employee for which separate manpower arrangement to be done by the Contractor without any extra cost to the dept.

(e) Any breakdown/fault of lifts and other faults in system should be reported immediately to concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Daily maintenance and cleaning of lift well 05 to 12 on monthly basis should be included in quoted rates.

(g) Life insurance of the empolyed person shall be carried out by contractor at his own cost from any insurance company, approved by IRDA and the copy of the same will be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge.

Note for Serial item No 14.1 to 25 : (i) The tenderer shall posses licence issued by State government for the period of contract. The quoted rate is deemed for Obtainng/ Renewing Licence of the above lifts installed at MH and CQA(EE) complex. The tenderer shall follow the Maharastra State Lift acts amended time to time. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be included for testing by PWD Licenced Senior Lift Technician once in a year all as specified. (iii) Complete Lift inspection by Govt Lift inspector at the time of commencement of work & then after six month for the lift required to be carried out to ensure that requirement is properly adjusted & in safe operation condition.Contractor should make his own arrangement for test at site all as specified and directed. (iv) All spares to be replaced by the contractor must be as per specified make or as per existing make / as recommended by OEM. Labour cost for fixing the spare parts is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . (v) Maintenance shall be carried out as per manufacturers manual. (vi) M&L for periodical maintenance like oiling greasing etc as per manufracturer instruction and as directed by Engr in Charge. (vii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to check/inspect fortnightly, monthly,quarterly etc all as per Partiular specification. (viii) The Tenderer shall submit memorandum of understanding (MOU/ undertaking) from the original equipement manufacturer in respect of items for lift make - ECE/ OTIS Elevator to provide technical support & trained persons for maintenance & testing or the tenderer shall have Lift maintenance license issued by Chief Engineer, PWD Maharashtra State as per Lift Act - 1939 for quoting the tender and same shall be uploaded along with tender. (ix) Any major and minor break downs shall be attended evenafter working hours and keep the machinery /Lift in working condition.

M & L for disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable COP assembly and Supply & fix new COP assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc with direction indicator with LED display with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring for illuminating push button complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Taking out unserviceable main traction pulley and diverter pulley from gear box and supply and replace main traction pully of CI 'V' /III groove type as per existing size and groove suitable for 26 passenger lift including fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge for G+3/G+4 building.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable car door from car cabin 26 passenger lift and supply and replace car door comprise of 02 Nos power operated auto centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 16 SWG flush type complete with VVVF door drive unit. (Make: Yaskawa Japan, Schneider) with card, Air cord, aluminium sill, safety edge of photo sensor, aluminium safety in full length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for G+4 bldg.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable landing door from various floors & supply and replace landing door comprise of 02 Nos power operated auto centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 16 SWG flush type complete with door headers suitable for 26 passenger lift including necessary cutting opening in masonry work & making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
