Fabrication,Providing and fitting of MS Pipe for rising main of Size 800mm (probable Dia) of thickeness 7 mm to be connected with the delivery side of pump (40Mtr), The Job includes fab of Y Junction, Increaser with requisite flange to connect the pump outlets with the 800 mm dia Rising main and the pipes are connecting by end to end welding up to delivery chamber. . The job also includes fabrication of bends and offsets as per the site requirement/land profile and painting of Y Junction and rising main in two coats of metal primer and synthetic paint.

Design Supply installation testing and commissio 05 Ton OHT Crane to be installed inside the pump house. The job further includes providing/Fitting of other allied support Includes ISMB400 for Bridge Girder,ISMB250 for supporting rails, channels,32mm Sq.bar for traveling of end carriages,End carriages and gear and puppy system for providing different directions of the gantry. The job further includes providing of U clamps , Bulldogs grips etc as per requirements. the job further includesProviding and installation of 5-ton x 6 m lift heavy duty chain pully block along with monorail. Total Steel weight(1.686MT) includes ISMBeams, Channels, sq bars etc.

Voltage stabilizers: Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of 400 KVA copper wound, oil cooled , Manually operated Voltage stabilizer ( complete Oil Filled) suitable for output voltage of 415 Volt +/-1%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, as mentioned below. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is balanced between phases within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box, with bi-directional wheels for easy handling, necessary monitors and user's controls on front and user's controls on front panel such as indication, alarm, voltmeter and selector switch for measuring input and output voltage, Manual selector switch, etc. Suitable capacity termination strips and bus bars for incoming and outgoing cable should be provided. All three phases shall be independently monitored and corrected. Following protections and indications shall be incorporated over voltage / under voltage, Single Phasing Cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit.

Main distribution panel by way of the following: Incomer panel: Supply, Installation testing and commissioining of cubicle type LT Control panel fabricated out of MS Sheet of guage 16 SWG with I/C feeders of 400A, 4-Pole ACB (Manual Draw-out Type) with Microprocessor release (O/C, S/C & E/F) having breaking capacity Icu of 50 kA at 415V with 6NO+6NC potential free auxiliary contacts, secondary isolating contacts with all necessary Electro-Mechanical protections & interlocks etc.( 01 No) MCCB Out Going Panel: Supply, retrofitting in panel O/G feeders, testing and commissioning of 300A, 3-Pole MCCB having breaking capacity Icu of 50 kA at 415V with all necessary Electro Mechanical protections & interlocks etc.( 02 Jobs)_ Auxiliary panel Supply, retrofitting in panel auxiliary feeder and testing and commissioning of 100A, TPN MCCB with Microprocessor release having breaking capacity Icu of 35 kA at 415V along with complete control wiring.(01 No) Complete fitting of panel metering and protection components as under: LED Ammeter 3Ph with inbuilt selector switch - 96x96mm; flush mounting type; Class 1 LED Voltmeter 3Ph with inbuilt selector switch - 96x96mm; flush mounting type; Class 1 LED frequency meter Class 0.2 Digital PF meter Class 1 96x96mm Current transformer Phase indicating LED indicators Fault annunciation and alarm system comprising of alarm fascia panel with required number of fascia windows, one for each fault and flash type, complete with three push buttons for alaram acceptance resetting and testing. Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning at site 225 HP Cubical pedestal type Fully automatic Star Delta starter. The starter shall comprise of the following equipment and accessories. a) Main Contactor Assembly 325 Amp (01 No). b) Delta Contactor Assembly 325 Amp (01 No). c) Star Contactor Assembly 185 amp (01 NO) d) Thermal overload Relay of with 180–300-amp Relay range. e) Double vacuum timer assembly having time range of 0-60/sec. f) Single phase preventer. g) Auxiliary fuse units of suitable Ampere range. h) Electrolytic Copper bus bar strips of suitable size of duly tinned air insulated mounted on suitable size backlit insulators. i) 01 no 3 Phase Digital Ampere meter which indicate 0 to 300 Ampere amperage with required attachments. j) One number 3 Phase Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts. k) On/Off push button Switch’s. l) Complete internal wiring of the Control panel for operation of the equipment by using adequate capacity of Single/Multi strand copper wire of standard make. The wiring shall be provided with plastic washers for identification of each wire at various joints. The wiring shall have to complete properly. m) 6 Amp single pole ,10 KA MCB (03 No) n) Cubical Panel fabricated out of 1.5/2.0mm CRCA Sheet with angle 40x5 mm

Cable Supplying and laying of 3.5Cx300 sq.mm XLPE insulated, steel sheathed,armoured L T cable with 1100V grade with ISI mark, solid/ stranded aluminium conductor of suitable lengths to be laid from HT transformer upto Voltage Stabliser/Panel . The job shall include providing and crimping of 300 sq.mm Aluminium lugs at all cable terminations/ connections.

Insulating Mats: Providing and laying at site of high Voltage antiskid insulating rubber mat 3 mm thick for floor covering around Electro-mechanical gadgets for safe guarding life and limb of workmen due to possible leakage of current and short circuiting. The mats shall have the following characteristics/technical specifications: • Confirming to IS -15652-2006 with latest amendments • Thickness- 3.0 mm • Width – 1 Mtr • Length 15 Mtr • Type Anti- skid • Material- PVC Elastomer • Application: suitable for both AC and DC Electric installations. • Class – C Colour- Blue
