Construction of Temporary L.T. line, Installation & Repairing of Street Light and other Miscellaneous works from Triveni Road to Railway bridge , East of Ganga river including Parking Area, during Magh Mela 2022-23 which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj. (All size of MS Nuts & Bolts for all works will be provided by contractor)

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 9 Mtr. Long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads and 4 No. latching per span in other area) & earthing of poles.

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang round the clock for complete Mela period.(Minimum manpower must not be less than 6 people)

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of Mela period.

Testing, Checking & Installation of LED Street Light Fittings including Repairing & Maintenance(as per requirement (all required material for repairing will be provided by contractor)) by Mounting & fixing of street light bracket with clamps and LED street light fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position and making electrical connection. (LED Light, Street light bracket with clamp will be provided by the department, rest all required materials will be provided by the contractor) which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Laying of following L.T. P.V.C. Cables for giving 24 hours supply during Magh Mela 2022-23,which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Providing Camp Connection with conduit wiring & MCB. By providing Wiring, MCB and Light Fitting in camps, premises, shops etc. by fixing, fitting, tapping of connection from nearest mains with no joints in wires except end terminal and all such materials required for actual energisation of these light points irrespective of their distance inside the camps, shops, premises etc will be provided by the contractor on rental basis. (All wiring should be done in PVC conduit, PVC conduit with all accesories will be provided by contractor on rental basis)

Providing Bulk supply/single points connection to Mela Area for administrative camps and all essential services by providing following capacity of distribution board (Distribution board along with all required accesories will provided by contractor on rental basis) during Magh Mela 2022-23 and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of Distribution board of size 2.5'x2' on wooden board with cutout of 200/100/63 amp as per requirement of site for three phase along with neutral link on rental basis. The distribution board should be fixed on iron angle frame at the height of 5' from ground level.

Installation of Single Phase/Three Phase (as per requirement) Distribution board having capacity of 32/16/5 amp on wooden/PVC board on rental basis.

Providing 5 Amp Socket Point connection (Philips,Anchor or Polycab make) for Charging Mobile/Battery for communication & biometric system will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.(Socket Point must not be inside Camps and be in open area)

Installation of Switches 5/15 Amp. (Philips,Anchor or Polycab make) will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Painting of 9.0/11 Mtr. long ST poles (Silver Paint with Red Oxide Coating) upto 7 feet from ground level at main road and ghats, Installed pole which erected on main roads, different offices during Magh Mela 2022-23. (All required materials will be provided by the contractor).

Providing and fixing of electrically insulated of Flex at the 9.0 Mtr pole Tri Colour flex sheet 1.5ft under the ground having length 2 ft and width 9 ft (equal length Top Saffron 3", Middle White 3", Bottom Green 3") having Puvvnl & Magh Mela logo alongwith Numbering of Pole for covering of already erected poles also sticking a red colour 3'' radium tape on regular interval of 1ft at bathing area for protecion of leakage electric current at Ghat during Magh Mela 2022-23.

Installation and maintenance of Temporary High Mast during Magh Mela 2022-23 which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Erection of 11 Mtr. long S.T.P. and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of 4 Nos. Solar Charged Battery powered 400 watt LED fittings on erected 11 Mtr. STP with the help of Constructed round structure of 50x50x6 mm M.S. angle with Nut and bolts. (All required material including Solar charged battery will be provided by contractor on rental basis for entire mela period) and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of 4 Nos. 245-260 watt LED fittings on erected 11 Mtr. STP with the help of Constructed round structure of 50x50x6 mm M.S. angle with Nut and bolts. (All material will be provided by contractor except LED fitting.) and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Connection of high mast with nearest LT mains with help of 2x10 sqmm LT PVC Cable (LT PVC cable will be provided by contractor) and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Providing Operators (in 3 Shifts per day) for registering complaints of consumers on 5 No. 2x400 KVA Substations for 2 months during Magh Mela 2022-23.

Providing and Laying of good quality Bricks of Standard Size in flat position at 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA L.T. Substation & offices, cottages, toilets, bathroom and DG set etc. as per instruction of officers on rental basis for entire Mela period.

Providing information display board on each 11/0.4 KV S/S in Mela area on rental basis in Magh Mela-2022-23 including its hanging grouting and fixing.

Installation of LED fittings for electrification of Pantoon Bridges (with Fittings facing towards Shastri Bridge) including its maintenance during Magh Mela, by fixing of 60-64 watt LED fitting on Pantoon Bridge, after every 5 mtr. distance on bracket bend on the top side made from G.I. pipe 1.5" dia 10' long duly tightened by clamp which is covered by PVC pipe and making connection of LED street light fitting with 4x16 sq mm PVC cable through L.T. mains. (LED Street Light for pantoon bridge & Bracket will be provided by department, all other required material will be provided by Contractor on rental basis.)
