Complete rewinding of 25 HP, 3 phase, Submersible motor coupled to 6000 GPH discharge, 120 mtr head, 2800 RPM, by way of using insulated copper wire of suitable wire gauge and quantity, after extraction of damaged winding and testing of motor at site. The job includes following sub-jobs as under; Extraction of burnt out/ damaged coils from stator and cleaning of slots etc.
Providing of insulated copper wire of required gauge.
Complete rewinding of submersible motor using skilled labour, tools and tackles etc.
P/F of insulating material like lethroid paper, bamboo sticks, tapping etc.
Re-assembling of motor at workshop and carriage of motor from workshop to site using private transport.
Re-assembling of motor with pump by using skilled labour, tools and tackles etc. and testing the same on full load at site.
Providing & fitting of racer plate of suitable size and specifications as per motor parameters after replacing the damaged one.
To & Fro transportation of motor by using private transport including loading & unloading at site and workshop.
