Part B: Crane Rail and Rail Foundation : Providing and laying 230 mm thick Stone Soling below floor and foundations bed etc. using hard; durable & approved quality stones / rubbles filling interstices using small size stone, stone chips, murum and watering [ to fill up the gaps] etc. including preparation of base properly by leveling dressing & hand ramming, providing and fixing and removing necessary staging/platform / scaffolding collecting & disposing the general waste, construction waste, surplus soft rock, up to a lead of 2 to 3 Kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts.

Part B: Crane Rail and Rail Foundation : Providing , laying and spreading of Wet macadam using graded stone aggregate (size range 40mm to 0.075mm) including premixing material. Proportion and mixing of ingredients as per MORTH specification including preparing sub base/ base with proper watering and compaction using electrically operated portable mechanical hand compactor in standard layers, to achieve proper compaction. Each loose layer shall be compacted. 43 grade OPC cement of reputed brand shall be used and etc, complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Part C: RC Drain and Bore wells: Providing bore well with heavy [class C] GI pipe 80 NB with following specifications. 1. Drilling a borewell of 100 m diameter with minimum 10 m depth from existing GL at specified locations in the required configuration. 2. The bore well may be drilled by using truck mounted fast rig. 3. Heavy duty [class C] GI pipe 80 NB shall be installed in whole length of bore well. The pipe shall start from 300 mm above the GL. 4. The pipe shall have circular perforations of 6 mm diameter with pitch 12.5 mm staggered (pitch same along the pipe and along the circumference). 5. The extent of perforation shall be 8 m length from bottom. 6. The pipe shall be wound with nylon screen and tied suitably before installation at the borewell. 7. Providing GI cap threaded to GI pipe at top.

Part C: RC Drain and Bore wells: Providing and fixing/erecting of crane steel rail of 30kg/mtr as per IS 3443.
