Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.1 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 12.4.1 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing roof sheeting in two layers at all heights, 0.5 mm thick TCT colour coated fully screwless Galvalume sheets joined to double lock standing seam with 52 mm depth & 350-550 mm pitch or equivalent size of make 'Llyod/Multicolour/ JSW/ Bhushan or other approved make in top & 0.50 thick color coated multi ribbed linear panels at bottom of roof including all overlaps, mitring and expandable S.S. clips with HAT section @ 1.20 M c/c or spacing of existing purlin to join the sheets to purlin as per manufacturers code of practice, Base material for both the sheet shall be Galvalume panels and have a minimum yield strength of 340 Mpa and shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A 446(Grade D)/ASTM A 755(Grade 50)/ A653 (Grade 50) with Galvalum coating confirming to ASTM A 792-AZ 150 (150 gm per sqm) including p/f top/bottom ridge, S.S. end flashing, E.T.P closures raindowntakes, gutter sheets, facia etc. matching with profile panels and cutting the sheets as required including jointing screwless sheet using electic portable seamer at site and liner panels using self drilling & self taping fasteners, sealers, cost of scaffolding work at all heigjts . complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
