Repair, maintenance and operation of 100TPH boiler (within given performance parameters including all the required manpower) during Off season and crushing season 2024-25. Details of Work:- 1. Repair, maintenance and operation of boiler fans, feed pumps, transfer pumps, PRDS pumps, DM tank pumps etc. 2. Repair, maintenance and operation of ash handling system, bagassesilos bagasse feeders & screw feeders, travelling grate, soot blower operation and maintenance. 3. Repair, maintenance and operation of boiler system. 4. Repair, maintenance and operation of valves, accessories, PRDS stations, all rotary air lock valves. 5. Repair, maintenance and operation of economizer, air heater (tube cleaning during general cleaning & as required). 6. Monitoring of the prescribed water level in gauge glass, feed tank & dearator tank, operation of feed pumps (with strainer cleaning). 7. Maintaining the boiler temperature & pressure, checking of all pipelines, attending the leakages when occurred. 8. Cleaning at all boiler platforms, firing floor, ground floor, hoppers PRDS, transfer pump. BFP, raw water make-up water pumps, ID, FD, SA, PA fans boiler ducts, ash conveyor belts, gear boxes, deartor, feed tanks, boiler roof, PRDS station area etc. Exclusion: 1. Bagasse and ash handling work. 2. R.O. plant operation with chemical dosing and chemical dosing in boiler. 3. Thickness monitoring service engineer and feed pumps service engineer. 4. Travelling grate overhauling, internal and external cleaning of boiler, electrical, instrumentation, civil and refractory work of boiler, R. O. plant and ESP and I. D fans replacement (only ) work. 5. ESP repair and maintenance work, boiler pressure parts and APH tubes replacement work (Only). 6. Fabrication and erection work of boiler and ESP ducts, hoppers, travelling grate, pipelines, soot blowers and foundation etc. 7. Insulation and lagging work of boiler section.
