SPECIAL REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO ROOF OF BLDG NO PB-17, PB-28 AND PB-27 (JCOS, ORS MD ACCN) AT MIL STN DHANA UNDER AGE(I) DHANA

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ponding test by filling 75 mm deep water over roof treatment by making necessary arrangement to fill the complete Roof slab at least for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting grout of epoxy mixed with ordinary Portland cement 43 grade in proportion as per instruction of the manufacturer into RCC roof by suitable gun/pump at required pressure at required spacings to fill the voids in the specified area including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP membrane HMHDPE 3 Kg plain (thickness 2.1 mm) (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16540: 2017 over a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16540: 2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC benching/ angle filleting at the junction of parapet and RCC roof in M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete tiles, general purpose, double layer of size 25 cm X 25 cm X 16 mm thick with grey cement and no pigments in wearing layer as per IS 1237: 2012 including laying over 15 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:3) and neat cement slurry, set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement in 4 mm wide joints all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces/boards on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over 3 mm thick wall care putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 Litres and keeping aside for credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 15 mm size, minimum weight 142 grams complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 15 mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), soil waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store or taken on schedule of credit (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC-U, type A as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed rain water pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 110 mm dia, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S & F UPVC coupler, 110 mm dia conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S & F UPVC bends without inspection door (any angle), 110 mm dia conforming to IS 14735: 1999 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Removing the rubbish materials obtained from demolition of floor/ taking down plaster etc. outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
