Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300-2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 .

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanically means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment up to distance 100m including triming botom and side slope in accordance with required line and grade

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse aggrigate material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C.and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for Grading 1 as per MORD Specification complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 2 as per MORD Specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORD Specification.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M-150. 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in charge of the work including material, labour and T & P etc for Proper completion of the work.. As per PWD S.I. No. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
