Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any dia complete all as specified & directed

S & F galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia of barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straighting bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provn of galvnised MS wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified & directed,

Restraining and resecuring of existing barbed fencing of any type including making good staples etc complete all as specified & directed,

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood ,steel or RCC ) any section embedded in concrete/brick work/masonry etc ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, inlayers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling MS work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position and any description including removing the same at location complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, chain link any type and any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing G I chain link fencing of mesh of size 75x75 mm and 3.15 mm dia of wire to any type with zink coating not less that 240 GSM fixing with flat iron and nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Flat iron will be measured and paid separately as supply any. (ii) A board of officer shall be conveyed to check the size, dia & galvanized of wire at site before fixing.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with haxagonal or squareheads and one end and screwed otherend or screwed both ends, each screws shall be fixed with necessary washers exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long and 16 to 20 mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS in flat ,round or square bars in available length confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Fixing will be included with item No 10 above.

S & F mild steel framed work as in framed work such as grills,gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered /riveted or forged into spikes ,framed guard bars ,barred iron doors ,railing etc framed and hung as gates , including pintle hinges ,stops ,hand made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified & directed,

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for brick work in CM 1:6 with old size sub class 'B' brick & straight or curved on plain exeeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 15 above except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old bricks obtained from demolition and shall be reused after cleaning .

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved colour over a coat of primer at any height (n.Exc 8 m )incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying ement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo/mozaic (floor,dado) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed..

M & L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by scrapping and applying one coat of Exterior Emulsion weather proof paint of approved colour over and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke Soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash including all necessary Synthetic adhesive lime binder as per manufacturer instructions complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for repairing of existing / iron gate of Size exceeding 2 sqm area but not exceeding 6 Sqm by raising the RL of existing gate of around 100 mm to 150 mm above ground level and refixing the same gate as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates of all cutting ,welding,dismantling of existing gates ,holdfast,pintels and necessary steel handle, locking arrangement and refixing are to be included in this item.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel /AC sheeting or any other type of sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

The ATT chemical should contains. (i) Byfinthrin 20 % EC(Smell Chemical) (ii)CHLORPYRIPHOS 20 % EC (Smell Chemical) (iii) Imidacloprid 30.5 % SC (Odor less Chemical)

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on wall including dismantling etc complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting existing Water storage tank (Capacity in exc 250Ltr and not exc 500 Ltr) setting a side (or lowering if required ) for repair, cleaning etc.Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and hoisting and re-fixed in position incl refixing/ replace of float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing Water storage tank (Capacity in exc 500 Ltr and not exc 1000 Ltr) setting a side (or lowering if required ) for repair, cleaning etc.Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and hoisting and re-fixed in position incl refixing/ replace of float valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying chemical compound with dispersing agents Removing (and not damaging the beneath brick or RCC surface) old existing unserviceable concrete, cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of walls, or any surface average depth 5-25mm (Approx height upto 9 m from natural ground level) with concrete removing agent(except for zinc and galvanised metal) and clean the treated surface immediately after removal treatment, and removal up to the approval municipal dumping grounds specified by the local bodies outside MOD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale/ rust etc from the visible unplastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete/brick with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface complete and removing all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. And applying one coat of sealer with capacity of Drastic reduction in water absorption - ASTM C642-97 With Improved resistance to chloride penetration in concrete surface (RCPT) as per ASTM C1202. And Improved abrasion resistance of surface when tested as per ASTM C779 and low alkaline silicate based, first reacting with other free oxides and hydroxides like calcium hydroxide (free lime) inside the concrete to form corresponding silicates, which are stronger molecules. Total Solids Content 29-30% approx. Specific Gravity at 25°C 1.25 +/- 0.02 Ph Alkaline VOC Content Nil This sealer gels in the empty pores which is insolble silica deposits. Finally forms a microscopic siliceous layers on the surface which results in strong ceramic coating, firmly bonded to the surface by strong silanol bonds. This is stable against UV and high temperature Note-: This item shall be executed by authorised agency, Contractor shall submit the MOU with authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for Corrosion protection of unexposed old reinforcement on non-spalled concrete by Insertion of sustained release Corrosion inhibiting caplets, which protect both anodic & cathodic sites and reduces Corrosion potential Ecorr by minimum 80 mV in conductive medium, by drilling 20-22 mm dia holes into the concrete at a depth of 30-40 mm and inserts to be filled by epoxy sealant . Caplets shall inhibit corrosion inhibition efficiency of 98% (when added 0.03 % by weight) against control sample evaluated by Tafel polarization method. Depth of penetration for effective corrosion protection shall be 120 mm & film formation of 20 Microns as evaluated by CSIR-CECRI Karaikudi. Spacing of Caplets shall be 750 mm in horizontal or vertical direction in RCC structure etc all as specified and directed. Note-: This item shall be executed by authorised agency, Contractor shall submit the MOU with authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from loose torn metallic parts, loose material, dirt etc. and M&L for applying alkaline Antioxydizing agent on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with damaged metal and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer's instructions, including necessary scaffolding, props etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Mode of measurement: per sqm of breaking area of concrete.)

M&L for Providing and applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 (Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.) complete all as specified and as directed. The rate shall include cost of scaffolding necessary for the work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or microconcrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. including necessary scaffolding work, all complete as specified and directed. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mixing mechanically PP fibre of 12 mm length with Anti-crack strength in red mix repair mortar with suitable care to ensure dispersion of fibres conforming to ASTM C 1116/C, 1116M-10a 4.1.3 type3 & BS EN14889-2.2006 and providing 20 mm thick one component chloride free thixotropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar at external brick wall with ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/mm2 and tensile strength @ 7 days (ASTM C 307) >3 N/mm2 in cement mortar in the ratio 1:4 mixed with styrene butadiene polymerized cement mortar modifier or AR for bonding with Cement mortar specially adhered to BS 6319 having specific gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum 43% solid contents) not less than 2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer’s Instructions. For external columns or any brick or stone wall surface etc.

M&L for mixing mechanically PP fibre of 24 mm length with Anti-crack strength with Rheoplastic non shrink, corrosion resistant, High strength MICROCONCRETE having compressive strength as Bs 4551-80 by adding 12mm graded aggregate or in combination with 1:4 mortar for 25 mm jacketing ensuring strength (ASTM C 109)-35 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM C 348)-11 Mpa @ 28 days, Young's modulus -27 KN/sqm (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827-1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion -Approx. 0.004 N/sqm pouring of micro concrete into the formwork of columns using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days, and the bottom shuttering after 7 days, ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing brick columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for curing of the surface using wax based Concrete curing compound CC 75 curing efficiency; CC 75 complies with the internationally recognized ASTM C309-90 standards incuding all tools and tackles.

M&L for Providing and applying one coat of Solvent based compound having Electrochemical impedance of 107 Ω and achieving dry film thickness of minimum 80 microns per coat with UV condensation of Min 100 Hrs. Elastomeric, Anti carbonation, Anti corrosive, UV resistant , Pure Aliphatic Acrylate System- on the exterior faces of Buildings Protection against ION penetration, carbonation,UV radiations and wethering effect conforming to ASTM D 4541-02 a primer coat using brush or spray after complete cleaning & removal of oil, grease or loose particles from the surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note-: This item shall be executed by authorised agency, Contractor shall submit the MOU with authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M & L for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of weathercoat glow (WB high build anti carbonation coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of rough finish surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.
