Taking down old unserviceable under ground cable of any sizes from excavated trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core with necessary connecting arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Polycab/ Nicco/ Finolex/ Universal

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for trench of cable etc., and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Spreading riddled earth as obtained from item No.03 here-in-before for UG cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: if the required qty of riddled earth not obtained from above item the contractor should bring the same from other location shown (not beyond 50m) including necessary earthwork as directed for borrow pit /trench to obtain the required qty including removing surplus soil without any additional cost and the cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and lay standard size well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Relaying of old serviceable bricks obtained from item No.03 here-in-before as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 50mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches /wall /floor /pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation, earth work, returning filling and removal shall be measured and paid separately. Make: Jindal/ Tata/ Prakash/ Zenith

Cutting the existing road for width 0.30m width 0.6m length x 0.45m depth for laying the GI pipe light grade with all fittings such as bends, sockets, reducers union etc., complete of size100mm dia as mechanical protection to LT UG cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removal and including material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of 15cm thick for making good the disturbed road portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: GI pipe with all fittings shall be measured and paid under the respective item of schedule.

Supply and fix MCCB, FP, 415 volts 50 Hz 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA adjustable thermal setting 80 to100% type including MCCB enclosure, cable gland and termination box as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: L&T/ Legrand/ Siemens/ Schneider/ ABB

Supply, fabricate, install and testing outdoor type LT bus bar chamber size box of size 600x500x400mm from CPRI certified panel manufacturers with powder coated made out of 3mm CRCA sheet steel front and rear opening with locking facility with padlock - 02 Nos and four side slanting canopy on roof top and mild steel channels base frame of size 75x75x6mm in and including TPN aluminium busbar of 600 Amps of capacity for looping and branch connection the busbar chamber placed on insulators with suitable capacity neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The quoted rate included cable connections with fixing /connecting materials such as cable gland, lugs along with necessary excavation, removal of soil, returning filling in, PCC foundation, PCC/ Brick staging of height not less than 60cm from the ground level.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and including GI earth wire 4mm dia, alternate 5 layers of charcoal (250 Kg) and salt crystal (200Kg )and top two inches layers with back filling compound (100 Kg), in 15mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts, bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 chamber and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1cover and watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh, refiling with black cotton soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc., (ii) GI earth wire 4mm dia, GI tubing light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 2 ohm. If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done no extra cost.
