COMPLETE CHECKING, CLEANING AND SERVICING OF HT PANEL INCLUDING HT BUSBAR SLEEVES, JUMPERS, CONNECTIONS, JOINTS ETC.

COMPLETE CHECKING, CLEANING WITH CRC AND SERVICING OF LT PANEL INCLUDING LT BUSBAR , CONNECTIONS, JOINTS ETC. RECTIFY ANY LOOSE CONNECTIONS OR ANY OTHER MALFUNCTIONING OF LT PANEL.

REMOVING THE OLD POWER PACK FROM HT PANEL AND SUPPLY, DELIVERY, FIXING OF 3 PHASE, 110 VOLT A.C AND 110 VOLT D.C, 400 WATT, IMPULSE POWER PACK IN EXISTING HT PANEL. COMPLETE ALL NECESSARY CONNECTIONS AS PER THE DIRECTION OF E.I.C.

DETECT AND RECTIFY SPACE HEATER CIRCUIT FAULT.

RATIO TEST AND HIGH PRESSURE TEST (9KV) DC OF THE TRANSFORMER INCLUDING CHECKING IR VALUE RATIO, MAG-BALANCE, MAGNETIC CURRENT, PI VALUE, OTR, BUCHHOLZ & PRV TESTING IN PRESENCE OF EIC.

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1.1 KV GRADE PVC INSULATED CONTROL CABLE, SIZE IN 2.5 SQMM, 8 CORE CU ARMOURED CABLE OF GLOSTER MAKE.

CHECKING, TESTING & FERUL MARKING OF CONTROL CABLE END TERMINATION WITH ALL ACCESSORIES BOTH SIDE INCLUDING COPPER LUGS, TAPES, ANTICORROSIVE PASTE & JOINTING MATERIALS, ETC.

Servicing and overhauling of 400 AMPS/ 500 AMPS/ 630 AMPS/ 1250 AMPS, 11 KV/ 6.6 KV/ 3.3 KV V.C.B/ V.C.U. Dismantling the rack from the housing, opening the components, necessary cleaning of the component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T & P.Ts, busbar spout assembly cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of C.T.C etc. and refitting all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. for satisfactory and operation.

Servicing, cleaning and testing, calibration of following relay, (for 6 KV panel/ 11 KV panel) for incomer feeder: Each relay set consists of following relays : MICOM P110/122/127/ 1 NO. CGL 14 N/C- 1 NO, VAX-31- 1 NO., VAA-33-1 NO., VAMP-31- 1 NO., VAJH-13- 1 NO.

Dismantling, servicing, cleaning, testing, re-fitting and calibration of the each bus-coupler feeder/ incommer feeder consist of over current- 2 nos., earth fault- 1 no., meter trip- 1 no. and trip supervision relay- 1 no. (CDG 31, VAX 31 & VAJH 13 FOR 3.3/ 6.6 KV/ 11 KV feeder.

Servicing and overhauling of 2500/1600/1250/1000 Amps A.C.B. after withdrawing the breaker from its track, complete servicing the breaker, cleaning, moving and fixed contact and adjustment incl. mechanical lever, greasing, oiling etc. and disconnection of the armoured cable and cleaning the surface with carbon tetra chloride, marking cloth, emery papers and applying of petroleum jelly etc. to the socket terminals and taping with PVC tapes and re-connection of the same as per direction of E.I.C.

Complete servicing and overhauling and necessary repairing of 100 to 250 Amps MCCB.

S & F of 95 sq.mm. / 3.3 KV/ 6.6 KV grade H.T glass copper leads with end finishing by 95 sq.mm. heavy duty dowells copper lug at STAR conn. Terminal leads including replacement of glass fibre terminal block and SS bolts etc.

Supply and fixing the thermocouple of heat sensing range 0-1200 deg. C having (Cr-A1) sensor house in S. Sd 304 casing of dimension 1200 mm long x 22 mm OD complete encased in to it and fitted terminal on other end for connection of compensating wire: Heatco make.

LAYING THROUGH UNDERGROUND TRECH.(A)LAYING OF ONE NO. CABLE UPTO 35 SQMM IN UNDERGROUND TRENCH 460 MM WIDE X 760 MM AVERAGE DEPTH, WITH BRICK PROTECTION ON THE TOP OF THE CABLE WITH 8 (EIGHT) NOS. BRICKS PER METRE, INCLUDING FILLING THE SPACE BETWEEN THE BRICK & CABLE AND ALSO THE TRENCH WITH SHIFTED SOIL, LEVELING UP AND RESTORING SURFACE DULY RAMMED.
