S & F for factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 40 mm (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commerical veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Flush shutters of thickness 30mm, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/ Chowkat of size 65 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/Cum,screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Material and labour for Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling, which includes providing and fixing GI ultra perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centres. then suspending GI ultra intermidieate channels of size 45 mm , 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centres with ultra ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 Ltr per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with CM 1:2 to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion ( Chlorophyriphos 20 EC -1% concentration) @ 0.5 ltr per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.
