Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from existing conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets and DBs, MCBs, Sub main wiring etc) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc of exist point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring from batten/conduit from DBs, MCBs, etc) and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC casing and capping complete with all fittings and accessories for modular box/plate/switches etc and 1.5 sq mm stranded PVC unsheathed copper cable for earth continuity complete all as specified and as directed for:- Note:- Modular Box, Modular Plate, Modular Switches, etc will be measured and paid separately.

(a) One light/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) One 5 amps switch socket on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sqmm three single core drawn through in and including suitable size PVC casing capping ISI Marked complete with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm single core green colour earth wire and connecting to earth dolly incl colour coding of cable shall be for phase, neutral and earth wire as specified in MES SSR Part I 1991 with provn of sunken galvanized not less than 1.12 mm thick MS sheet pressed terminal boxes concealed on wall, with 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover ISI marked. Make: Hylum/Anchor for fixing of switches/socket/regulator with screws complete including making good of disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling/floor in same specification as per existing all as specified and directed for:-

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED light fitting complete 1x9W, (2Ft long) polycarbonate batten including LED Tube, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Warm White LED light fittings 36 watt Recess Mounting type, with mounting arrangement (Recess suitable for, 2x2 Grid, Hanging) Sheet aluminium housing with high quality LGP and PMMA diffuser. Separate HPF driver suitable for Armstrong and grid ceiling LED 240 volt along with fixing arrangements all as directed.

Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete after taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement Factory made, sheet steel distribution boards, SP and N, 4 Ways, 240 Volts double door type, protection class (IP-42) suitable for mounting MCB DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement Factory made, sheet steel distribution boards, SP and N, 8 Ways, 240 Volts double door type, protection class ( IP-42) suitable for mounting MCB DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement MCB single pole, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 6 - 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement MCB single pole & neutral 'C' curve, 10 KA, 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB of 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, 3 Pole, 100 Amps, with breaking capacity 25KA, Thermal magnetic trip Unit, fixed thermal Fixed magnetic (FTFM), Ics=100% Icu, AC 415 volt, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement Factory made, sheet steel distribution boards, VTPN, 4 Ways, 415 Volts double door type, protection class ( IP-42) suitable for mounting MCB DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED light fittings 36 watt Recess Mounting type, with mounting arrangement (Recess suitable for, 2x2 Grid, Hanging) PMMA diffuser. Separate HPF driver suitable for Armstrong and grid ceiling LED 240 volt along with fixing arrangements all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nut and washers of GI and GI tubing 15 mm bore, light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C 1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 450 x 450 x 50 mm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mash, 20 mm bore GI tubing(L. Supply and fix in repairs after taking down the old unserviceable one, MCB SP 32 Amp, 'B' curve, 10KA braking capacity 230/240 volt AC as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs after taking down the old unserviceable one, MCB SPN 40 Amp 10KA braking capacity 230/240 volt AC as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs after taking down the old unserviceable one, MCB isolator, 4 pole 63 Amp 10KA braking capacity 415 volt AC as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs after taking down the old unserviceable one, switch piano 5 amp flush type as specified and directed.

Taking down Existing 4 pin, non retrofit CFL from 2x2 ceiling light and supply and fix in repair 18 watt LED PL lamp all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs light fittings warm white 18 Watt LED all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver with fixing arrangements including LED rod of 18 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement LED tube rod only having aluminium extrusion 18W, 4ft for existing tube light fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Fan capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd epoxy filled type complete all as specified and as directed.
