To perform such services and execute such works covered under "Term Contract for Artificers Work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents and upon the condition as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates of 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata/amendment 1(a) & (b), 2 & 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part - II (Rates) with including all amendments at Such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contracts)
