Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry /Concrete surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge

Manufacturing supplying and fixing storage Cabinets with workstations/ storage cabinets for medical records of 0.45-0.60m deep using 25mm thick vinyl bonded water proof ISI marked Plywood/block board, shutters all-round, ward robe, lockable drawers with sliding channels, cupboard drapery hangers, curtain rods with end brackets, openable shutters with 19mm x 6mm thick plain teak wood beading, lipping 1.5mm thick commercial ply vertical support finished in approved 1mm lamination sheet of approved colour, shade and quality on all exposed surfaces. Inner surface finished with 0.8mm lamination sheet of approved shade and quality including cost of brass fittings, approved brand parliamentary/box hinges , Stainless Steel handles, Stainless Steel tower bolts, magnetic catches, approved brand lock, approved brand adhesives, synthetic resins, nails, screws etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour charges, complete as per specification

Providing and fixing wall paneling, over 25mm thick ply wood frame work affixed to the wall and top covered out of 4mm thick approved quality Veneer, fixed over ply of approved brand, termite and water resistant, finished with melamine polish, pinup board where ever required complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work HOM etc., complete as per specification

Providing and fixing toughened glass 12 mm thickness with hole where ever required of approved shape and including cost of materials, fixtures, labour and HOM complete as per specifications

Making electrical connection/Network connection/Telephone connection to work stations and providing lightings to wall paneling with necessary electrical fittings and fixtures including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge
