Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15 cm thick in ground floor and paving below or above ground level any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete.

Description same as per Item No. 04.00 but exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete.

M & L for mastic flooring as per IS 1195-2000 on concrete surface including hacking and claenaing the surface and appling one coat of primer bitumen paint on surface before laying mastic flooring in grade IV with thickness 25 mm the quality of bitumen is as per IS 702 limestone powder and fine aggregate shall confirm IS 1195. The proportio of mixing of bitumen , limestone powder and fine aggegate shall confirm to IS 1195 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to drain, coping, bed block etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 12 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described for over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S & F framed work as in Steel rolling shutters, with outball bearing, as specified including top cover doors or gates and angle joist, channel, angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting thickness 1.25 mm or other covering, doors to be prepare for hanging or sliding with and including either and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including steel sheet for door covering, hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing incl hold fast of Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete.

Demolition old laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L 25 mm thick Sand filling below blocks including watering and consolidation Spreading and levelling all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square area n. exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete . Note :- Fixing only rate is included in window/door shutter items considered therein

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratigs, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters; walk ways, railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and distempering with distemper oil emulsion , two coats, white or tinted over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and distempering with distemper oil emulsion , two coats, white or tinted over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. ,

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron pickets or fencing post or any description etc, all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc.complete using ERW 1979 or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1179 grate St-240 as Specified.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having rensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof/covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed at site.
