Note: (Major spare parts, compressor oil and refrigerant gas for topping up will be measured and paid seperately herein after as supply only).

Material and labour for pumping down the plant to preserve the existing in refrigerant gas & leak testing of plant by charging of nitrogen gas in to entire plant & monitoring for 24hrs to find the leakages, rectification of leak by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket packing wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacumising of the plant by vacum pump & keeping 24hrs for testing including rectification of leakages if any finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure complete testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling AHU of 3 x 50TR capacity AC plant carefully by removing side and top panel removing unserviceable blower shaft bearings,removing motor & blower assembly, replacement of new AHU blower shaft bearings reassembling blower assembly and refixing electric motor & top side panel in original position with new nut bolts washers & shafts keys & checking the shafts balancing & testing for smooth running all as specified and directed at INS SHIKRA.

Removing the unserviceable liquid line valve of size 25mm dia from the liquid line after pumping down the compressor & supply and fixing new liquid line valve 25mm dia including connected works as required for smooth functioning of AC plants complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for dismantling FRP cooling tower of capacity 50x3 TR at INS Shikra by removing CT Fans, sprinklers, PVC filler and clean cooling tower body by removing scale , dust, dirt and refix PVC filler by cleaning with diluted HCL solution reassembling, connecting , cleaning external surface and applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint including writing SM number/ marking and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable cooling tower fills sheets of 3X50 TR from the site and supply and fix new fibre fills sheet of same size for cooling tower as per the existing at site and all as specified and directed at INS Sikra AC Plant

Taking out old unserviceable cooling tower nozzles and supply and fix new cooling tower nozzles suitable for 3x 50 TR Mihir make cooling tower as per existing at INS Shikra

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser for descaling, plugging them & providing of 15mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylonbrush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above, to maintaine PH value as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of Compressor Oil with new Compressor oil of Frizol 68 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable discharge valve 25mm dia and supply and fix new discharge valve of size 25mm dia suitable for R-22 gas discharge line all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable / wornout 'V' belt of compressor, AHU etc of make fenner Dunlop / Nurlon as approved

Taking down old existing MS pipes, supply, lay and welding MS pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. of sizes 125 mm dia

Material and labour for cleaning complete DX type cooling coil of AHU with chemical solution caustic soda to remove impurities dust and foreign materials, complete with nylon brush and cleaning cooling coil with fresh water complete all as specified & directed for the cooling coil section of AHU of 3x50 TR Capacity AC plant at Boatpool Workshop.

Taking out old unserviceable AHU body & supply and fixing of factory fabricated double skin powder coated GI sheet of 21 gauge, 43 mm thick puf insulated CFC free for AHU body including proper door handles, corner supports cutting, bending, welding/ brazing/ wooden work/ structural support all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs DX type cooling coil made out of copper of any size and any rows suitable for 30000 CFM AHU unit complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repairs centrifugal fan blower set backward curved fan 640 RPM having velocity 8.84 M/Sec including drum and shaft absorbing power 9.6 KW along with anti-vibration spring isolators for minimizing vibrations (Blow/draw through type) suitable for 30000 CFM of the AHU unit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs TEFC squirrel cageIP-55 protected VFD compatible induction motor of capacity 11 KW ,3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz ,1450 RPM suitable for 30000 CFM AHU unit and fixed on AHU base plate with suitable size nuts, bolts, washers including making electric connections of motors, earth connections with suitable size copper conductor cables, suction and delivery pipes connections complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Material & labour for anodised aluminium frames for AHU Panel with one or more rebates, welding, jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviable diffusers / grill and supply and fix new suppli air diffusers / grill made of aluminum powder coated with damper as per existing size .

Taking down old unserviable Fire damper and supply and fix new Fire damper made out of GI sheet 16 G with fusible plug as per existing size

Supply and fix in repairs volume control damper made out of galvanized iron or anodized aluminium with overlapping leafs to avoid any leakage from the damper suitable for AHU as per existing at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs leather type canvas in AHU duct of any size as per existing at site

Taking down old unserviceable AHU pre filter and Supply and fix new AHU pre filters (EU-4)synthetic non oven type efficiency 90% down to particular size of 10 micron double knitted twisted polymer fabric (washable) rated with press drop of 6 mm WC to be mounted in AHU filter assembly size as per existing. Make: ASPAWYMAN/DYNA/MHP as approved

Material and labour for framed work with structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Rewinding of unserviceable electric motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt of following capacity pump set complete comprises as under :- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continuously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. NOTE: Any damage caused during handling will be made good by contractor without any extra cost to department

(a) 20 HP Chiller Water Pump Motor .

(b) 15 HP Condenser Water Pump Motor.

MANNING OPERATION AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF RO PLANT INCLUDING SUPPLY OF ESSENTIAL CHEMICALS PART-I Manning and Operation of R.O Plant in three shifts round the clock 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 Hrs including sunday and holiday with cleaning and up keep of the installation operating the submersible pump installed in raw water bore well -02 Nos and operation of treated water pump set including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of RO plant etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) RO operator : 01 No per shift (ii) RO Plants- 02 Nos. (iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be for the both RO Plant and shall have out put water capacity not less than 40,000 liters per day. (iv) The Quality of out put water shall confirm to IS 10500 of 1991.

PART-II Routine maintenance of RO plants No. 1 & 2 installed at Vandana and Vishakha complex having out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 ltrs / day, maintenance of chlorine dosing system,coagulant dosing system,antiscalant dosing system carrying out the routine maintenance recommended by the manufacturer for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly including repairs/ replacement of parts such as bearings, repairs of pumps, filters, welding of cracked/ broken any mild steel items/ foundation, PVC pipes and their fittings, LT panel boards etc complete including painting to all equipment with synthetic enamelled paint complete and all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing of treated water in the approved laboratory for bacteriological test and potability test for every month. Notes :- (a) Chemicals required for operation of RO plant will be measured and paid seperately under Schedule 'A' Part - III (b) RO Plant shall be maintained for smooth functioning and for out put capacity of drinking water not less than 40,000 liters / per day.

M & L for Rewinding of unserviceable induction motor of 1.5 HP capacity 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt complete comprises as under :- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continuously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. NOTE: Any damage caused during handling will be made good by contractor without any extra cost to department
