Supply, fabrication and erection of Angle/Chanel/Flat iron fitting for over head line & sub-station etc such as 'D'bracket, cross arms, top clamp, 'V' cross arms,Back/Support clamps or other similar work etc. including nut bolts of required size, making holes, fabrication,welding, cutting, etc. and painting with one coat of red oxide paint & two coat of aluminium paint as required as per specification.

Supplying and erection of 33kV (10 KN) Polymer pin insulator complete with long steel head G.I. pin, nut, washer etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 33kV (45 KN) Polymer disc insulators for 33KV overhead lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type, and complete with galvanized strain clamp, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying installing, testing & commissioning of outdoor H.T., AB switch assembly set gang operated with brass contact parts, including required GI pipe operating rod, handle & locking arrangement on On-Off position conforming to IS complete with required material and installing on existing DP structure to complete the job as required as per specification.(Set of 3 nos.) 33kV, 600A.

Providing and erecting hot dipped galvanized octagonal poles in single section made from 3mm thick sheet having lockable weather proof flush door junction box complete erected in an approved manner on provided foundation. Suitable size & type of foundation bolts 4 nos. 'J' type (EN8 grade) 9 mtrs. Height, 155 X 70mm A/F, 260x260x16mm base plate, 4 nos. X 24 x 750mm bolt .

Designing & casting with M-20 reinforcement cement concrete foundation suitable for Octagonal poles considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqm at 2 mtrs. Depth including excavation, foundation nut bolts in an approved manner.

SUB STATION EQUIPMENTS :Supplying of T&P required for 33/11 KV sub-station like 30 feet long double sliding aluminium ladder, DC and tubular spanner set, hand gloves, discharge rod, three ton capacity tirfur, insulated screw driver set, two ton capacity chain pully block, insulated cutting plier set, hammer (1 kg.), phawara, pickaxe, crobars, rechargeable torch, magger, electrical tool kit, earth tester, first aid box etc. complete as required by MPSEB.

SHOCK TREATMENT CHART : Supplying and fixing in position best quality electric shock treatment chart written in Hindi and English duly framed in wooden frame and covered with glass as required and duly fixed in control room as directed.

FIBRE GLASS ROD : Supplying of 20 feet long, telestone type fibre glass earth discharge rod suitable for 11/33 KV power supply earth discharge rod suitable for 11/33 KV power supply complete with earthing chain, rubber grip etc. as required and as per ISS.

CHAIN LINK FENCING :Providing and fixing of chain link fencing surrounding the existing 33/11KV Sub-Station on angle post of size 50x50x6mm, 3.50mtr. long and top end of post shall be 50x50x6mm, 3.50mtr. long and top end of post shall be 50x50x6mm, 3.50mtr. long and top end of post shall be bended 45 degree outside for barbed wire laying in 5 layers and to fabricate it in frame shape for fixing of chain link 2.5mtr. height of size 10 SWG GI wire and spacing of 75x75mm on frame duly welded with MS flat 20x3mm on all sides of frame or fixed with nut & bolt, including providing of gates of switchyard shall be made of 2" dia B class MS pipe and GI fensing shall be used to enclose the pipe frame work with angle iron of iron bracing and duly pipe frame work with angle iron of iron bracing and duly pipe frame work with angle iron of iron bracing and duly painted all the items by two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including digging of pit in all type of soil / rock as required. CURRENT TRANSFORMER : ( C.T.) :Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of single phase oil filled outdoor type dual ratio current transformer, wound or bar primary and of the rated burden within the error limits complete as per IS specifications. For measuring CT's the burden is 15 VA and of 1.0 class and for protection CT's the burden is 15 VA and 5 P 10 class. The CT's should be as per IS:2705-1981 33 KV CT, 300 -150/5 Amp or 200-100/5 Amp. or100-50/5 Amp

POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER : ( P.T.) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of oil filled out door type single phase, 50 Hz, 33 KV/110 V, or 11 KV/110V, 100VA burden, class 1.0 voltage transformer complete as per IS 3156 33 KV/110V PT

DC PANEL : Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of DC Panel of suitable size of 14 SWG CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint consisting 1 no. DP MCB 32 amp. and 12 nos. SP MCB 10 amp. suitable for DC supply withneutral link as required as per specification.

AC PANEL : Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of AC Panel of suitable size of 14 SWG CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint consisting 1 no. SPN MCB 32 amp. and 12 nos. SP MCB 10 amp. suitable for AC supply with neutral link as required as per specification.

BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER : Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 100AH capacity 30 volt (15 No cells each of 2.0 Volt) NICAD battery bank and other necessary materials etc. complete as required.

BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER : Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 volt 20A battery charger suitable of above battery bank with initial charging capacity capability in a duly painted MS enclosure complete with provision for keeping the 30 volt battery in the same enclosure complete as required as per specifications.

RUBBER MAT :Supplying and laying in position of ISI marked rubber mat rated for 1100 volts grade and 12.5 mm thick. Size 1000mm x 2000mm.
