Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring ( fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,Light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

M&L in replacement of point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, in and including PVC conduit of suitable sizes of medium grade ISI marked for surface wiring and its accessories, including MS sunken box and hylem sheet of suitable size, ISI marked for housing the switches and sockets,Note:if Cutting & chashing required shall be measured/paid under relevant items and make of good surface for disturbed area for the following :- Make-RR,Polycab/Havells. (b)One three pin 5 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one no, one way switch on independent board

All as per item No. 2 here in before but with 2.5 sqmm (for phase, neutral) and 2.5 sqmm (for continuous earth wire) cable for one 15/16 amp socket out let point on independent board.

M&L in cutting,making of hole in any type of wall suitable for fixing in exhaust fan size upto 250mm including making of good surfaces to wall and distrubed area compete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of submain wiring including taking out conduit pipe of any description and of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
