Banker Details

Satisfactorily completed Minimum two contract as a prime contract for LT motor rewinding works on rate contract basis for any PSU or government undertaking or co-operative in five Three years.

The Bidder should be an authorized Service center of motor manufacturers or established firm having all the facilities engaged in rewinding of burnt motors and shall be in successful operation for at least last Three years as on the date of bid opening.

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in 2 Financial years in last 5 years. Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 13.00 Lakhs.

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past any two years out of Three years etc.

GST registration certificate and PAN No, ESI, PF registration certificates

The Bidder shall furnish the compliance report against scope work mentioned in the tender. Deviation if any shall be clearly mentioned.
