The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The tender should submit the Document to prove similar experience in the any last 3 years. The bidder should be a registered dealer under submit work done/Supply completed certificate by government/private department not less than 73 Quantity.

The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of retro fitment of additional two wheels attachments to Motorized Two Wheeler 124cc (gear less) having authorization, or Dealer should have manufacturing authorization certificate from original equipment manufacturer.

Permission from Transport/Industries and commerce/Labour Department Proof of the same should be submitted along with the tender document

The successful bidder or his authorized agent should have set up service centre in Chikkaballapur district for effective and efficient overall maintained of the Motorized Two Wheerler-124cc And Above (Gear Less) and with Retro fitment of additional two wheel attachment supplied and installed and for carrying out repairs, replacement of parts etc. during the warranty period and thereafter. The particular of such service centres like address, telephone numbers etc., should be furnished.

In the case of Motorized Two Wheeler-124CC And Above (Gear Less) and with Retro fitment of additional two wheel attachmentduring the warranty period, for two years comprehensive onsite warranty.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 22 Lakhs (Credit lines/ Letters of Credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting the find requirement etc. (Usually 30 percent of the amount of contract) for works costing up to Rs. 100 Lakhs.

Firm Registration Certificate

The tenderer shall have to furnish the audited balance sheet and Profit and Loss account for the Financial years (2023-24 and 2024-25) (preferably annual report of the company) the tender shall have to Furnish Pan card and income tax returns for assessment year 2024-2025, and 2025-26

The bidder should submit GST Registration certificate and Returns filing, GSTR 3B April 2025to March 2026.

TO qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period (a) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 1.50 Crores (Rupess One Crore fifty lakhs only), turnover Certificate Certified by CA.
