M&L for Disconnecting & Taking down/out unserviceable LT XLPE Cable 1100 Volts of size 50 Sqmm to 200 Sqmm 3.5 core of any description from Trenches, Floors, Walls, GI Pipes, etc., seggrating Serviceable Cables, Pipes, Bricks, etc. has been given to contractor as a schedule of credit and remaining serviceable cable (if any) should be keep in Safe Custody for re-use and depositing to E/M Store Yard including transporation, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F heat shrinkable straight through Joints using suitable jointing Kit suitable for 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following size of cables :-

70 sqmm to 150 sqmm, 3.5 core

185 sqmm to 240 sqmm, 3.5 core

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes/ducts/road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 95 sqmm confirming to IS - 7098 Part-1 and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes/ducts/road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 120 sqmm confirming to IS - 7098 Part-1 and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel outdoor type (Size of Panel Size=1.3x0.4x1.85 Mtr (lxbxh) ) confirming to IS 8623 Part I (one), fabricated in a CPRI approved factory, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door opening with locking arrangement at front. Protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coating and powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size, the required no of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands of suitable size for entry and exit. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, doors and covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/support required with four legs 60 cm long using angle iron 40x40x6mm, air passing holes and locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming and outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 and making good disturbed surface complete and comprising of the following:-

A. (i) TPN Aluminium electrolytic grade bus bar of capacity 300 Amps for phases & 250 Amps for neutral and auxillary busbar to support main busbar duly supported on SMC/DMC, busbar supports and insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve. (ii) Digital multifunction meter(V,A,KW,KWH),415V AC alongwith C.T’s of suitable ratio (set of three), class 1.0, complete. (iii) Indication lamps LED type (RYB) = 01 Set of three. (iv) CTs 500/5A class 1.0,15VA(Cast Resin) for metering-03 nos . (v) Internal wiring, with suitable size of FRLS copper conductor cable.

B. INCOMER : (i) MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole,16 KA, Ics=100% Icu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator - 01 nos

C. OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 100 amp 4 pole, 16 KA, Ics=100% Icu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator-02 nos. (ii) MCCB 63 amp 4 pole, 16 KA, Ics=100% Icu, with fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 ln setting complete with phase seperator-02 nos (iii) Phase sequence corrector unit -01 nos complete all as speified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Contractor shall submit the following Test report i.e. IP Test Report and verification of short circuit withstand test report issued by CPRI in respect of LT Panel. (ii) Contractor shall submit drawing for approval prior to place order.

S&F in repairs, installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made LT FEEDER PILLAR shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistant, Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529 and the share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not be accepted. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak, short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits and submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test 960°C in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing]. LT Feeder Piller size 90cm x 60cm x 17 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use, with Copper TPN Bus Bar 40 x 10 mm (630 Amp) Fixed on insulators on PVC/epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete with suitable cable Glands/Grommets and including all provision of opening for incoming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing and dismantling of existing unsv earthing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as mass concrete for foundation of GI tubing /Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching including weathering slightly chamfered angles and finished exposed surfaces even and smooth including necessary form work for concrete eathing pit complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE: This item shall only executed for existing earth pits)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching including weathering slightly chamfered angles and finished exposed surfaces even and smooth including necessary form work for concrete eathing pit complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE: This item shall only executed for existing earth pits)

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying cables in trenches/erection of pole/stay assembly and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying of the cable and 15cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover, punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site condition, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand to be considered for measurement purpose .

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover confirming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 200 kgs for unreinforced covers, class LV Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia as protection to cable along the pole/across road crossing/through culvert/passing through ceiling/walls with necessary clamps-02 nos (Flat iron 50x6mm) with, nuts and bolts for fixing on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 200 Amp, 4 pole, 25 Ka breaking capacity including all type of thimble, adjustible thermal and fixed magnetic type, Ics=Icu=100% at 415 Vac, conf to IS/IEC60647-2 complete all as specified and directed.
