REPAIR/MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT INSTALLED AT TECH BLDG OF CAMERO AREA AND WAC AREA UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK, DELHI CANTT-10

Material & Labour for servicing of AHU for 20000 CFM AC plant installed at OPS room comprising of cleaning the air filter/cooling coil, cleaning of fresh air duct/grill with chemical followed with pressurised water jet, greasing of AHU motor, tightening of belts, checking the functioning of 3 way motorised mixing valve, tightening of all nut/bolts for noiseless operation of AHU complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicing shall be carried during the commencement of contract and second servicing shall be carried out after six months from first servicing.

Material & Labour for servicing to condensor (3 Nos sets) of 3 x 25 TR AC plant installed at OPS Room including opening the end plates, carrying out the descaling with descaling compound and pull through with nylon brush in each tubes, cleaning thoroughly with water, refixing the end plates to its existing position to ensure leak proof area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicing shall be carried during the commencement of contract and second servicing shall be carried out after six months from first servicing.

Material & Labour for repair to suction & discharge valve of compressor 3x25 TR of capacity by means of replacing the teflon washer sheet, suction & discharge valve ring, spring, 'O' rings, gaskets etc complete and testing for proper holding of valve, leak testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The rate inclusive of suction & discharge valve which is considered as one job.

Supply & Fixing in Replacement of panel air filters, dry type, washable, rated air flow capacity 1600 CFM 99.9%, down to particle 20 micron of Suitable sizes or nearest for AHU of central AC plant complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of liquid line Y strainer for AHU 20000 CFM and condenser pipe line including welding, leak testing and leak arrest complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

Material & Labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint to external surfaces of chiller units - 03 No's, including foundation of compressor & motor units- 03 No's, suction & discharge refrigerant pipe line, condenser water pump with motor & foundation - 02 No's, chiller water pump with motor & foundation-02 Nos water pipe line, AHU unit and motor/blower- 01 No, cooling tower with motor -01 No condenser - 03 No's sets of any capacity of central AC plant at 3x25 TR AC plant complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable timer unit ET-100, 0-60 sec complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repair for insulation to chilled water piping with 12 mm thick rubber nitrile with Aluminium foil of density 30 Kg/Cum for 65 mm Chilled water pipe complete with rubber based adhesive Pidlite SR 998/equivalent and thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.0035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 Degree C complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repair for insulation to chilled water piping of central AC plant of 100 mm dia pipe with 19 mm (for all pipes) and 13 mm (for drain pipes) thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/Cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035 W/Mk at an average temp of 40 deg C, covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive pidilite SR 998 or equivalent and 50 mm X 3 mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints simultaneously complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for taking out unserviceable squirrel case motor and rewinding squirrel case motor of mono block pump set model KDS-527 of capacity 5 HP 3 phase with super enamelled copper winding wire and replacement of bearing and minor spare parts like as keys, bushes etc and testing after rewinding and refixing to its existing location after rewinding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting LT Panel installed for central AC plants at WAC Ops room as per existing colour code with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with the help of spray gun after cleaning and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement scroll compressor of cap 12.5 TR with washers, bolts and nuts three phase 415 V 50 Hz suitable for central AC plant including brazing leak test of the system with compressed nitrogen and testing the unit for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only refrigeration gas R-407C in manufacturer sealed cylinder including pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, rectifying the leakage by gas welding brazing pressure testing vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with gas, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i) Gas to be supplied in manufacturer sealed container. (ii) Empty containers will be returned to contractor .

Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable AHU blower of ceiling mounted AHU installed at AFCME,also taking down false ceiling and refixing the same after blower fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable AHU double blower shaft of ceiling mounted AHU installed at AFCME, also taking down false ceiling and refixing the same after blower shaft fixing including replacement of bearing and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable V belt for AHU for central AC plant of cap 1x36 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour to Open/dismantle the supply air duct joints from AHU section to conditioned space, disengaging the diffuser units from the duct complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour to Open/dismantle the return air duct joints from conditioned space to AHU section, disengaging the diffuser units from the duct complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour to clean the supply air duct from inside with the help of pull through or as required at site with chemical CTC to remove large quantity of carbon dust particles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
