M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of caionic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I) conforming to IS-8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/ Sqm on Bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder paving bitumen any penetration content by weight by toal mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire for removing caked mud etc seweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED based intelligent solar road studs made out of aluminum alloy shell, IP 67 rating, 125mm x 15mm x 25mm with shank of 65mm, high efficiency 2.4V/0.3W solar panel, rechargable battery 1.2V/ 1600 MA, six super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd, 2Hz flash rate, bearable weight of 10 Tons, colour as approved complete all as specified and directed. Model: DARK EYE DA (DHRUV) or equivalent as approved by GE.
