SPECIAL REPAIR TO PSOH TANK AND CONNECTED PIPE AT WALFORD AND OLD 50 COY ASC AT DIMAPUR

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pressed steel plate of pressed steel overhead tank such as pressed steel sheets of any size, internal bracing nuts and bolts, top cover, angle iron channel, flat and all water supply connections to tank of capacity 10000 Glns at 12 to 15 mtrs height and staking serviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - (i) Work has to be carried out at 12 to 15 mtrs height above ground level and nothing extra is to be paid for the same. (ii) All safety measurers for the labour to be provided by contractor.

S & F PS plate of size 1.25m x 1.25m x 6 mm thick fixed to PS overhead tank bottom and first layer including all jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty etc. to make the joints leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PS plate of size 1.25m x 1.25m x 5 mm thick fixed to PS overhead tank second layer including all jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty etc. to make the joints leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 2.00 & 3.00 (here- in- before) but fixing only PS plate 5/6 mm thick including all jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty etc, to make the joints leak proof, including cutting/welding etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Existing PS plate, nuts and bolts with washers which are retrieved item No 01 shall be re-used)

S&F mild steel angle of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm for bracing supporting members of PS tank including cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm for bracing supporting members of PS tank including cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel sheet, 3.15mm thick as in top cover of PS overhead tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old steel surfaces of PSOH tank internally (inside storage) and applying two coats of hygienic bituminous paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and sealing surface previous treated with tar, bituminous compositions with one coat of knotting in preparation for painting suitable for drinking water purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted/new-steel surfaces by scrapping & painting of steel overhead tanks external surface by applying two coats of Aluminium paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer including suitable staging complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing in repairs/replacement of sluice valve, of size 80mm dia,class PN-1.6 double flanged with Cast Iron body, wheel and brass spindle and nuts etc, ISI marked conforming to IS- 14846 ,including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed
