Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the Air Blower including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for repair of Gear Box, refitting of gear box after toping up oiling, greasing, alignment of pump set and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete including cleaning of all dirt, dust and including transportation to civil workshop for repair work and back to working site etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with existing make and measured and paid separately as under:-

Labour for disconnecting electric connections from LT control panel and starter of non clogging submersible pump set of any size 7.5 HP to 10 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out sub pump set alongwith, column pipe from Sewage sump with the help of chainpully including transportation to workshop for repair including replacement of rusted nuts bolts. rubber gasket complete and re-assembling at work site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with existing make and measured and paid separately as under:-

(b) Supply of Pump Impeller

(c ) Supply of Mechanical seal set upper and lower

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP from foundation and fixing after repairing rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size ,testing complete all as specified and directed including transportation to workshop and back after repair complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and pouring MBBR/FAB media model PP22 effective specific surface area 400 Sqm/Cum to 600 Sqm/cum of height 12mm and dia of 27mm made up of virgin media complete all as directed. Note :- MBBR media will be certified by OEM and the colour of the media must be white in colour.

M & L for strip opening of 3 phase, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz of capacity 2 HP Induction Motor ,taking out burnt winding coil complete and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire as of existing size/ gauge including providing insulating material, varnishing and replacement of worn out parts like bearing , bushing, sleeves etc and re-assembling/refixing the motor as per the initial arrangement including making all connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Transportation to civil work shop and back to site deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S & F in replacement of existing unserviceable SG Iron butterfly valve of pressure handling capacity 13-20 kg/cm2 suitable for 100 mm CI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of existing unserviceable SG Iron butterfly valve of pressure handling capacity 13-20 kg/cm2 suitable for 65 mm CI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying for pipes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying corrugated HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia for cable protection confirming IS 14930 1 & 2, laid in trenches or fixing to the pole with necessary accessories complete all as directed.

(b) The chemicals shall be tested out for their genuinely within 07 days of receipt of consignment at site from NABL approved lab and report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Cost of testing and transportation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate of supply. The chemicals shall be used only after their confirmation to the standards. Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR -02 Nos tank, filter feed tank, chlorine contract tank thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from 900 KLD STP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completely by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage and removing of settled down sewage sludge cum mud/de-silting etc at 900 KLD STP for equalisation tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable submersible cable of 10 sqmm 4 core submersible cable in the non clog submersible pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and maintenance of centrifuge decanter of 3 HP capacity, cleaning of centrifuge bed, changing of minor parts, bearing, belt etc to make it fully functional for ejection of sludge cake from it complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/ down old unserviceable hume pipe size ( 100 to 200 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing Ductile Iron (DI) pipe 200 mm dia, spigot and socket joints, class K7 conforming to IS-8329-2000 with tyton/ rubber joint conforming to IS-5382, jointed and laid in trenches and connected complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing CI/DI pipe of 200 mm dia from trenches for repair of leakages from joints and removing stagnated material from pipe, cleaning it properly and relaying the same with new jointing material such as tyton joints/ lead joints or any other required material at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Necessary excavation, Returning filling and removing shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch. (ii) Repair / replacement work shall be carried out by contractor by taking minimum bear time to avoid back flow of sewage from wells or by making if required at sewage installations alternate arrangement of removing sewage material/ sludge from wells and deposited at from outside of AF Station or as directed.

M & L for DI special fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapes and type, tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or spigot and socket) collars, caps and plug for any bore spigot and socket end pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting and carryout samples for testing of treated water of STP, from NABL approved laboratory with following parameters and submission of detailed test report to the Engineering -in-charge.(a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals colour, odour, PH valve, TSS BOD,COD.total residual chlorine, total nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coil form organisms per 100ml (MPN) and E coli in 100ml. Note :- (i)Rate quoted shall deemed to be included cost of sterilized bottle as reqd. (ii) Transportation charge for collection of sample. (iii) Completion certificate will be issued only after production of performance test certificate from NABL or any Govt approved agency.
