Inspection of ductable split type AC of any capacity of any type by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and servicing, cleaning/removing the dust and filter, blower, fan motor, compressor, wasing/ cleaning the outer surface and testing including making good surface/ ceiling if necessary checking of refrigerant standing pressure complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) New spare parts/items required in replacement in replacement of old defective spare parts/items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.(ii) Refrigerant required for topping (R22 / R-134/ R410(a) shall be measured and paid for separately (iii) Cost of transportation of air conditioner required being repair/replacement from site to workshop for repair ,and refix at site after repair shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Replacement of unserviceable blade for condensing fan motor of capacity 3/4 TR in ductable split type AC.

Replacement of unserviceable blade for condensing fan motor of capacity 5.5 /7.5TR in ductable split type AC.

M&L for evacuation of gas from the system, de-scaling the condenser ,supply & circulating the descaling solution (hydrochloric acid) with pump, brushing the tubes and wherever required drilling the stubborn scaling without damaging the tubes, replacement of gaskets and unserviceable nuts & bolts assembling back complete testing complete for AC plant of capacity 3x37.5 TR all as specified and as directed(Auditorium).

Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU’s of the following plants for access to cooling coil, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing AHU of AC plant of capacity for AC plant 10 TR capacity ( BTF,Logistic).

Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU’s of the following plants for access to cooling coil, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing AHU of AC plant of capacity for AC plant 37.5 TR capacity (Auditorium).

Opening the upper sheet and side sheet of AHU’s of the following plants for access to cooling coil, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling coil externally with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing of air filters and re-fixing AHU of AC plant of capacity for AC plant 56.5 TR capacity WSA).

M&L for checking the leakage in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, restoring the leaks including S&F replacement of Teflon sealing of all refrigerant line valves like liquid lines valves/ suction/ discharge valves of compressors, gland packages of all angle valves flaring of all connections framing welding etc complete for AC plant Auditourium,WSA,BTF and Logistics.

Supply & filling of compressor oil standard quality all as specified & directed.

Opening the upper sheet / side sheet of Cooling tower Cleaning, servicing of Chiller type AC Plant of any capacity / model / make for access to reserve water tank, cooling fan & cooling fins etc, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling tower internally/ externally including cooling fins etc with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable monoblock pumpset 3 phase 415 volts, upto 5 HP at suitable for monobloc pump/AHU/Compressor etc of any model/Make, strip opening and taking out or rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding with out damage to stator body, rewinding the eclectic motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor to its full load capacity at desired RPM/torque after coupling with pumpset etc including transportation to civil workshop and vice -versa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pump set couple type three phase 415 volts, upto 7.5 HP at suitable for monobloc pump/AHU/Compressor etc of any model/Make, strip opening and taking out or rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding with out damage to stator body, rewinding the eclectic motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor to its full load capacity at desired RPM/torque after coupling with pumpset etc including transportation to civil workshop and vice -versa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

M & L for repair & testing of monoblock pumping set electrically operated with motor 7.5HP/5KW, 9LPS with stainless steel Impeller, mechanical seal system and stainless steel shaft suitable for operation with electric driven motor suitable for 415Volt, 50Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply including connection cable of copper conductor of suitable size including taking up old unserviceable existing pumps and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CROMPTON GREAVES/ KIRLOSKER/Havell's. Note (i) PCC plate form shall not be measured and paid separately. (ii) The cost of MS bracket of channel angle iron including nut bolt and washers and welding as required for fixing arrangement of mono block pumping set shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account. (iii) Ant vibration pad shall also be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and fixing and installation of new Butterfly valve conforming to/ ISI marked, flanged both edges suitable for 80 mm bore pipe, including rubber joints, nuts, bolts, gaskets & washers, testing complete including taking out old /unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing and installation of new Butterfly valve conforming to/ ISI marked, flanged both edges suitable for 150 mm bore pipe, including rubber joints, nuts, bolts, gaskets & washers, testing complete including taking out old /unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
