Taking down old unserviceable Switch socket plug of any size and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable SPN DB, 8 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN DB, 4 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring aluminium ete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

M&L for Sub-main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masnory including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Item No. 8.01 to 8.07 :- (i) Metal flush box and other modular accessories except switches, sockets and fan regulators shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of contractor. (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and S&F 20 Watt LED Luminarie decorative box type fitting inlcuding LED tube with blue coloured end caps pre wired for LED tube energy saving with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 2000 total lumen. The lamp shall be 1200 mm length with G13 base. The 20 Watt system shall be operating at 220-240V AC supply having internal driver, IP 20, surge protection 2 KV, ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, freequency 50 to 60 Hz, The system efficiancy must be between 80-100 lumen/watt, with 70% lumen maintenance up to 40000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread, CRI minimum 80, PF should be greater than 0.95, THD <10%. Indivisual LED,s should not be visible for glare free output colour temperature 6500k filled on & including 2 Nos PVC block of suitable & connecting up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible white cord of min size of 0.5 sqmm all as specefied and directed. Taking down old U/S light fitting and Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of LED Bulk head 10 Watt with a nominal system lumen output of 600 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 60 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. The luminarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD < 20% and PF >0.9. The luminarie housing should made of high pressure die cast aluminium with polycarbonate front diffuser. M&L for Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

S&F Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable LT/HT cable from trenches /Wall/ floor etc and keeping aside for reuse or removal of any size , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or any size of street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 45 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 4500 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge. Material and Labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation BDV 50 KV at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute including testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not less than 65 KV for filling in repaired transformer HT 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in soft/loose soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soil, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not ex. 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistandred copper conductor cable 1100 volts frade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above gground level complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix search light fitting revolving type with horizontal and vertical movement complete with on/off switch and revolving handle including switch gear, control gear unit and including 400 watt metal halide (MH) lamp, multicoree copper conductor wire of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core of suitable for connection of search light with SPN DB and enclosure of capacity 25 Amp, 10 VA complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and prerparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer outdoor type including radiators, cooling ducts, vent pipes, condensor etc and applying two oats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant typee) according to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES/SM No. in capital letters of suitable sizee on body for capacity 315 KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer 315 KVA capacity complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 167x125x82mm on pole with MS clamps, nut boltd, washers and glands suitable for 10 sqm 02 core cable and complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Hansel Cat No. K 9100 or equivalant in Neptune.

M&L for cleaning and prepration of steel surfaces of exisiting dull painting of street light poles and applying painting with black, silver and white colour and aplying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) according to IS colourr code by spray machine including writing pole No. in capital letters of suitable size on body complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 400 watt metal hailide lamp bulb with eliptical shape complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- CROMPTON Cat Part No MHL 400 W SE Elliptical or equivalent make specified in PS.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR / MAINT OF DG SETS AND AMF CONTROL PANEL)

Periodical maintenance of following size /capacity of DG sets through authorised service dealer of DG set and ensuring smooth functioning of DG sets of following capacities : -

160 KVA (Make : Mahindra )

20 KVA (Make : Mahindra )

Notes for item No- 55 to 55.02:- (i) Spares (Oils & Filters) required for maintenance of DG Set will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rate quoted is not inclusive of major repair/overhauling of DG Set. In the event of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (iii) Repairer has to maintain the maintenance record, breakdown call register, periodical service report, Repair carried out register and the same are to be got signed from department rep(JE E/M)/ Engeneer-in- Charge and also duly signed by qualified Mech/Service Engineer of the contractor. (iv) All spares for repair are to be procured from manufacture`s authorised dealer only. (v) All tools, testing instruments are to be arranged by the contractor including necessary transport. (vi) The fixing/labour element for items catered here-in-after in BOQ as “Supply only” shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (vii) Printed log sheet pad duly binding with 31 pages on full scrap paper shall be provided by the contractor.

Supply & Fix flexible braided hydraulic hose 5/8" dia x 600 mm length including suitable check nuts & washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only lube oil SAE 15 W - 40 for Top up and filling up the oil in the sump after completely flushing the old oil out of the tank and cleaning of the tank for fresh filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Castrol/Power Supreme/Servo

Supply & Fix battery terminal heavy duty as per sample made of brass with bolts and washers all as required at site,, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable fuel injection pump from any type/ capacity DG set, carrying to workshop for repairing including necessary spares and calibration, refixing the same duly repaired to its original position and testing for its serviceability at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rewinding the self starter assembly 12/24 Volts by taking out from the DG set dismantling & cleaning , providing proper insulation rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing size & insulating the field coil assembly replacing bentec assembly & fixing back after repairs and testing , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Rubber hose set for following DG set radiator by replacing the unserviceable hose set , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge:-

Material and labour for dismantling of radiator from engine taking it to work shop repair of leakage pipes, cleaning the radiator with cleaning agents, re-assembling to the engine completely to enting satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Inspection/checking of AMF panel of DG set of capacity 20 KVA & 160 KVA installed at various installations of any make and shape and rectify the defects, replacement of unserviceable part as required at site and cleaning of AMF panel as detecting during inspection or pointed out by users/department and carry out maintenance , complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately or issued by the department.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main DB/LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I), including takingdown old unserviceable eathing material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for overhauling & servicing of RO (Reverse Osmosis) purifier plant for removal of suspended dissolved and bantrilogical contents in the water of capacity 250 Ltrs/hrs industrial type with and including following equipments:- (a) Repair of raw water pump of existing size including copper winding and greasing etc. (b) Replacement of dual media filter : FRP vessel size 12" dia 48" long fitted with media and caron (c) Replcement of 5 micron filter catrdige disposable inPP housing opearting rate 1m3/hrs operation pressure 2.5 kg/cm2 (d) Replacement of High pressure vertical impeller pump operating flow rate 7.5 m3 / hrs operation pressure 5.7 kg/cm2 (e) Replacement of RO membrane of size 100 mm x 100mm with suitable membrane housing working pressure 180 psi

Material and labour for taking up and assembling & lowering into Existing Bore holes, 250mm dia MS casing pipe 50 running metre pipe screwed and including socket including necessary fittings and jointing below ground level beyond 50 metre, duly painted with with two coats of bitumen paint on external surface of pipe, complete all as directed by Enginee-in-charge. Note:- Cost of socket and welding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Development of bore by means of air compressor of minimum capacity of 500 Cft Per minute and 150-200 PSIG or appropriate capacity as required on ground till clear water of potable quality free from sand and silt is obtained including draw down performance, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair /maint of MS reducer of wall thickness 8mm, screwed at both ends of suitable size, 300x250mm including necessary fittings and jointing at appropriate length, including taking down old u/s reducer, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / maint of existing Submersible pump of make Kirloskar, coupled with 7.5 HP capacity motor including copper winding & greasing etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / maint of existing fully Automatic Star-delta starter, AC 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with sheet metal enclosure type suitable for minimum 7.5 HP motor including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / maint of existing Submersible pump of make Kirloskar, coupled with 3 HP capacity motor including copper winding & greasing etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing replacement of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core of nominal area of conductor 10 sqmm, 1100 volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specifieed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Inspection/checking and repair of water leakage of 100/80/50/20 mm bore GI/CI underground pipe line and valves, rectifications of defects and cleaning, detecting during inspection or pointed out by user/department replacement of unserviceable part and carry out maintenance. Note: Spare parts required shall be measured and pair separately or issued by the department.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
