Supply, Installation and commissioning of hard / soft copper refrigerant piping, complete with fittings, elbows, bends, globe valve of suction & liquid line with bracket & supporting arrangement on walls. 1/4" OD 6.35 mm dia Liquid/Suction line with 9mm thick nitrile insulation.

5/8" OD 22.2 mm dia Liquid/Suction Line with 9mm thick nitrile insulation.

Power & Control Cable: Supply & laying of power cable from control panel to condensing unit. 4 core 2.5 sqmm communition cable.(IDU to ODU ) Make: KEI/Polycab/Havells

S& F of a 32 mm dia uPVC drain pipe ((Make. Oriplast /Supreme) needs to be attached for extending drain pipe line from the indoor unit of the Ductable/split machine/attached tray in case of window machines to direct the flow of condensate water to the existing nearest rain water pipe or sewerage pipe connected to the building including S& F of PVC Elbow(32 mm dia ), PVC Tee (25 mm dia), PVC Socket (32 mm dia), 3/4 inch dia PVC drain pipe, PVC China clip, adhesives( PVC M-Seal) as per the requirement.[NS]

Fabrication work :-Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of 2 Nos. of outdoor unit of 8.5 TR Ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. Area of the platform is 4Mtr. x 1.5Mtr. Including the scaffolding charge upto 4th floor.[NS]

S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. (PWD EL. SCH. Page No- E-19 Item No- 17)
