Amount

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc and n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm (soft /loose soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft/loose soil) to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick, stone or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in floors etc. and finished the top surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
