Decarbonising cleaning of existing LT panel cubical type of size 10 feet x 7 feet x 1.5 feet painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by using spray gun with incoming partition 01 No and outgoing partitions – 20 Nos including consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chamber, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuits spouts, cleaning and applying bus bar insulation tape to the bus bar, checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joint, replaced new suitable size of lugs/ suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replaced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as per specified and directed. Note: - Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs / bolts/ nuts/ washers, lugs/ suitable cooper cable cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S & F LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B Phases complete including taking down old Unserviceable lamp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrapping down rusted, fallen paint from the Electrical LT panel situated at 44WING/TXR Area including rail/channel of base using mechanical scrapers, brushes, sand paper etc and removing the old paint to the complete outer surfaces and repainting external surfaces with black/yellow (strip) colour with applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on the both internal & external portion where base metal is exposed, painting spray one coat of synthetic enamel paint for outdoor type panel including MCCB's specific cabinet complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm connected to Earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel with & including ; PCC 1:3:6 C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:1.5:3 A1 40 mm thick reinforced with 3 Nos, 6 mm dia bars both way, watering arrangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete. Note: - GI earth strip & protection pipe with GI pipe protection shall be measured & paid separately.

GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor as main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recesses as chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe fixed to pole or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable, pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
