Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete on roofs, floors and paving other than ground floors n.exc 15 cm thickness complete all as directed.

25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) by using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be paid seperately).

APP polythene membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wooven fabric including aluminium foil on top weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by forced application including bituminious primer @ 0.30 Litr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of roof surface and applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying of two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane laid over roof complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering again 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with complast 421 in sunken portion of WC and CI pipe joints shall be filled / jointed with mixture of cement, fine sand and Nittoproof 130 and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade 1:3:6 filling, floor area of WC/bath upto 1.5 Sqm etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The rates include for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00 m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimm 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar poles) each n. exc 0.50 Cum, in soft / loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n. exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
