Amount

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trencehs.

Same as item no.1 above but for one extra lift of 1.50 Mtr.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Same as item no.3 above but in 10:5:1

M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement & approved coarse sand of 2.2 FM mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Same As Item No. 5 Above but in 1:6 Cement and coarse sand Mortar

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 20mm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs & bed block excluding the supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing in position & binding the same with 24 BWG GI binding wire & including the cost of binding wire & including providing & fixing necessary centering & shuttering & its removal after completion of work & supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Mild steel (Tor Steel or Plain) in plain work such as R.C.C./R.B.work including bending for proper shape and including supply of Steel and its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping Shall be Measured, All labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 Plain Cement Concrete floor with Cement, Approved coarse sand and 2 cm, (1") graded approved stone grit laid in penals finsihed with 3mm. (1/8") floating coat of neat cement of Cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penlas if any and giving them a uniform finsih, including supply of all material, Labour,tools & Plants etc. Required for Proper Completion of the Work.

Same as item No. 9 above but 4.00 Cm thick P.C.C. Floor

Cement concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone grit,coarse sand & cemenet in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material,labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work .

Struck pointing with the cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and two part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness moduouls on brick work including racking the joints washing and cleaning and supply of all materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper compltion of the work.

Flush pointing with the cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and two part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness moduouls on brick work including racking the joints washing and cleaning and supply of all materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with waterproof cement paints of approved make and quality on new work with three coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauage hard stone ballast from approved quarry for Top Coat 10 Cm Thick (Loose) including royalty, cartage GST and all other taxes whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side patries including dressing of road patries as required where metal is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Collection of Screening Material for consolidation of Stone ballast of Approved Quarry Stacked on road side patries including Dressing the Surface Where Materials is to be Stacked including Cost of Material, its Cartage all Taxes, GST royality, T&P etc. Required for Proper completion of the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Consolidation of 22.4-53mm guage hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick Top-Coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller, excluding cost of stone ballast and blinding materials but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading making medhi to retain water and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T&p etc. required for the proper completion of the work, Water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost

Water allowance for Consolidation of Stone Ballast including cost of water, T&P and labour etc. to be allowed from 15th Nov.to 31st May.

Bitumen painting over WBM surface (1st Coat painting) including supply of13.20mm gauge stone grit and bitumen including maintenance of side patries watering them during operation for proper completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-Charge and also including road roller charges and its fuel wages of fireman tar Boiler and also Supplying of material and all sundries etc. As per MORTH Specification. The Quantity of Grit 13.2mm Guage. in painting will be Used @ 1.50 cum per 100.00 Sqm

Providing and laying 50 mm (Average) thick Bituminous Macadame (B.M.) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, by tippers laying with hydostatic material paver finisher with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and power rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 504 complete in all respects and also including cost of tack coat with Bitumen @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm using emulsion pressure distributors on prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix material to work site, by tippers laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and power rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 504 complete in all respects and also including cost of tack coat with Bitumen @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm using emulsion pressure distributors on prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms
